Dolly Taylor Swift PromotionTerms and Conditions1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The competition is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion
3. Promotion commences 7 March, 2012 and closes last email received on 10 April, 2012 at 23:59pm. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises. Judging will begin at 10am AEST 11 April 2012. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit.
4. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (b) each entry must be substantially unique. Entries will not be returned
5. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Entrants can enter via the website dolly.com.au and simply tell us in 25 words or less “What would you do if you were Taylor Swift for a day?” entrants must follow the prompts to submit your entry and include their name, email, phone number and city. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect entrant contact details and incomplete, illegible, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging. Entries will not be returned

8. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued in Australian dollars. Prize values mentioned are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. Selection of prize (including but not limited to colours, designs, texture, size, brand, style, quality etc) awarded will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion.
9. The winners will be contacted by mail or email using contact details provided in their entry.
10. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable or unable to be awarded as stated, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
11. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate
13. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion
15. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes
16. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
