1. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Directors, management and their employees of the promoter and agencies, retailers and suppliers associated with this promotion and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on Monday 16th April 2012 at 05:00PM AEST and
concludes on Friday 4th May 2012 at 05:00PM AEST.
4. To enter, eligible individuals must visit the promotional tab on the OAK Facebook page
http://www.facebook.com/oakmilk where they must;
a - accurately update all mandatory details about themselves including their first name, last name, email address, postcode and;
b - Click a location on the map of Australia that sells OAK milk. The most decisive click will win based upon, among other things, speed and accuracy as judged by the promoter. c - The completed form must then be submitted during the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts nNo responsibility accepted for late, lost, misdirected or illegible/inaudible entries. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5. Entrants are permitted to submit multiple entries throughout the promotional period. 6. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use, and may disclose in any newspaper, advertisement, publication, media statement or other general and promotional material, any materials entrants provide in relation to the competition for the Promoter’s promotional and business purposes.
7. Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that: (a) they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 14, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) they will obtain prior consent from any person or property that appears in their Content; (c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein; (d) their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and (e) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems. Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant indemnifies the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
8. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
9. All valid entries will be judged by representatives of the Promoter based upon the most decisive click, which is judged upon, among other things, speed and accuracy. TAs this is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. At the end of the promotion period, the best entry, as determined by the judge/s, will be awarded the prize. The winner will be chosen on Wednesday 9th May 2012, and notified via email within 7 working days from this date.

The prize is a one-way1 x return flight to one of the airports in Australia listed below, with a maximum value of $1,000 (RRP), and a 600ml carton of Oak flavoured milk RRP of one carton of OAK milk (RRP $3.30). Total maximum prize pool $1,003.30. ACT:

11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize, or element of a prize, is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for that prize, or element of it, subject to the approval of any relevant authority.
12. In the event of the prize not being accepted or claimed by Wednesday 23rd May 2012, the winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a prize.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. If the competition is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including due to any technical or communications problems, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition subject to approval from any relevant authority.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process or the competition.
16. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this competition or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law). The winner will be required to sign a waiver in the form determined by the Promoter.
17. The Promoter may use any personal information entrants provide in connection with this competition for the purpose of running the competition, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the competition. If entrants do not provide the information requested they will not be able to enter the competition. Unless the entrant has ticked the “opt-out” box on the entry form, the Promoter may also use personal information entrants provide to send information about OAK products and services (including via electronic means).
