15. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
16. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The value of the prize is accurate as at the commencement of this promotion.
17. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the main prize will be awarded to the parent/guardian on the winner's behalf.

22. The winner of the secondary prize will be notified by phone and in writing. 25. If the major prize, secondary prize or monthly prizes are not claimed by the winners before the 12th of October 2012, then a redraw must take place at 9.00am on the 12th
of October 2012, at Redranger Pty Ltd, 4 Warringah Cl, Somersby, NSW, 2250. The winners of the prize redraw will be notified by phone and in writing on the 12th of October 2012, and their names will be published in The Australian and the New Zealand Herald on the 13th
October 2012.
26. The Promoter may require entrants to validate any one or all of their entries in the promotion at any time during the promotion prior to being eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
27. If for any reason any aspects of this promotion are not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, vehicle mechanical failure, ill health, poor weather conditions or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.
