DARRELL LEA BATCH 59 SUPERBERRIES - GOLDEN TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PRIZE 1:  1 x GOLDEN TICKET “A YEAR’S WORTH OF CONFECTIONERY”
PRIZE 2:  199 x RED TICKETS “$5 DARRELL LEA GIFT CARD”

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1.    Information on prizes and ‘how to enter’ forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

2.    The Promoter is Darrell Lea Chocolate Shops Pty Ltd, 200 Rocky Point Road, Kogarah, NSW 2217, ABN 99 000 498 386.

3.    This promotion is only open to Eligible Entrants.  Eligible Entrants include Australian residents who are not employees (or immediate families of employees) of the Promoter nor employees of agencies associated with this promotion. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

4.    This promotion commences on 14 May, 2012. Entries close 11.59pm AEST 17 June, 2012 (“Promotional Period”).

5.    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6.    1200 tickets will be placed in random bags of Batch 59 product.  If the bag does have a ticket, it will be a maximum of 1 ticket per bag only. Product is packed into a paper bag and the tokens will be placed in the bag.  The ratio of dispersed tickets will be:

1 x golden ticket
199 x $5 gift card winning tickets
1000 x ‘sorry, try again next time’

7.    The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-refundable, non-transferable and not convertible to cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.  If winners do not claim their prize and it is past the ticket expiry date, the prize is null & void and the claim can not be made.  Winners will have until Friday 31st August 2012 to claim their prize/s, otherwise prize/s will be null & void.

8.    Winners will be notified that they are a winner in writing by the ticket found inside the packet of liquorice.  All winners will have to notify Darrell Lea of their win via email on: promotions@dlea.com.au

9.    The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunication problems, including security breaches.  If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify the promotion.  Any modifications or changes to the promotion is subject to the approval of state and territory lottery departments

10.    Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion.
