HOW TO ENTER
(a) Spend $50 or more at a participating speciality Fresh Food retailer, or $100 or more at a Coles supermarket between
9.00am Monday 25 June and 11.59pm Sunday 15 July 2012 and retain proof of purchase.
(b) Complete an entry form online at www.knoxshoppingcentre.com.au and enter proof of purchase details between 9.00am
Monday 25 June and 11.59pm on Sunday 15 July 2012.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents except; employees of Knox Shopping Centre or any AMP Capital Shopping
Centre and their immediate family; tenants in the centre and their immediate family; the staff of tenants in the centre and
their immediate family; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of
this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
Tenants means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directors.
3. The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST Monday 25 June and concludes 11.59pm AEST Sunday 15 July 2012.
4. There will be one (1) winner of the Promotion who will receive 10 x $1,000 in Coles gift cards. Coles gift cards are
subject to their own terms and conditions and must be redeemed at Knox Shopping Centre Coles supermarket/s or
Liquorland. 
5. Total prize value is $10,000. 
6. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.   
7. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must spend $50 or more at participating speciality Fresh Food retailer/s
OR $100 or more at either Coles supermarket or Liquorland at Knox Shopping Centre during the Promotion and retain
their receipt/s as proof of purchase. Entrants must then complete an online entry form at
www.knoxshoppingcentre.com.au, including the total value of their purchase receipt/s between 9am AEST Monday 25
June and 11.59pm AEST Sunday 15 July 2012.

9. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only five (5) entries permitted per person per day, and a maximum
of twenty (20) entries per person for the campaign period.
10. Receipt/s from participating specialty Fresh Food retailers can be accumulated to reach the $50 minimum spend
threshold required for entry into this Promotion. Receipts from Coles supermarket/s or Liquorland cannot be accumulated
to reach the $100 minimum spend threshold, and receipts will only be accepted if $100 is spent in a single transaction.
Receipts cannot be rounded up. 11. Lay‐by payments (unless paid in full), bill payments, interest free payments, membership payments, EFTPOS
withdrawals, building society transactions, gift voucher/card purchases or online shopping receipts, are not valid proof of
purchase for the purpose of this Promotion.
12. The draw will take place at 9am AEST Monday 16 July 2012 at Knox Shopping Centre Management on Level 7, Office
Tower, 425 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South, Victoria.
13. The first valid entry drawn at random will be judged the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into. The
competition will be judged by Centre Management and their decision is final. 
14. Entries are invalid if all details have not been provided, if receipts are dated outside the Promotion dates – Monday 25
June – Sunday 15 July 2012, or if illegible, forged, fraudulent or copied.
15. The winner will be required to collect their prize from Knox Shopping Centre Management on Level 7, Office Tower, and
provide the original receipt/s or proof of purchase totalling $50 or more from specialty retailers, or $100 from either
Coles Supermarket or Liquorland as well as proof of identification at the time of collection.
16. The Promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original draws as necessary on Wednesday 15
August 2012 at 9am in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. If for any reason a winner does not claim the
prize by Tuesday 16 October 2012 and all reasonable efforts have unsuccessfully been made to transfer the prize to the
winner, then the prize will be forfeited. 
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and
place of residence and place of employment) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the
Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
18. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal
value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner
(including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for
the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any
reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest
extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents)
excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to,
where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any
tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize/reward.
22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such
information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as
required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an
indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and
profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request
to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
23. The winner will be notified in writing by email or by telephone if the former method is unsuccessful. Winners will be
published on www.knoxshoppingcentre.com.au and in the Herald Sun on Monday 23 July.
