The force of this project is Daniel Barenboim - an icon of our time, a pianist and conductor who crosses over into popular and political culture. Now, in the year he turns 70, he brings the universal appeal of Beethoven’s music to a wider audience with an ambitious new project: Beethoven For All.

Daniel Barenboim’s mission of music breaking down silos, having no barriers is nowhere better symbolized than his setting up WEDO – The West-Eastern Divan Orchestra bringing together, in the same orchestra, musicians from Israel and Palestine.
