Method of Entry:

All entries are to be made online. Entry form must be fully completed including entry code printed on RAP’s Token (handed out by reseller after purchase) or coded label on specially marked packs of KER & KERx brand products.

Only one entry per product code will be accepted.

Entrants must retain the KER sticker or RAP token which includes the entry code printed on it as proof of purchase and entry.

The competition is open to all Australian residents, (except the promoter’s employees and their families) who purchase a Barastoc horse or specially marked KER or KERx product, and submit a fully completed entry form on the Kentucky Equine Research website www.ker.com.

The competition is to be run through all participating stores that stock specially marked packs of KER & KERx products and selected Barastoc resellers.

Promotional Timing:

The promotion begins on the 1st of August, 2012

Online entries close on 16th of February 2013 at 12:00 midnight (eastern Australian daylight saving time)

The winner will be drawn at 2pm on 17th of February 2013 at Barastoc Horse of the Year 2013: Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, 170 K Road, Werribee, VIC 3030.

The winner will be contacted by phone, email and in writing. The result will be published on the Kentucky Equine Research website www.ker.com and published in the Australian Newspaper on Tuesday the 19th of February, 2013.

Any information provided will be shared between the promoters.

The promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

Any change between the value of the prizes between the published date and the date the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters.

Major Prize Details:

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize does not include delivery. The prize winner is responsible for the costs to get the horse float delivered. Please allow 4 weeks for availability of your Logan Horse Float from the prize notification date.
