2.Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

5.The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

9.Purchase any Swisse product from a participating Chemist Warehouse, Chemist, My Chemist or Discount Vitamin Warehouse Store (Participating Stores) between 27th August 2012 and 24th September 2012 (Qualifying Purchase) and collect a Promotion Entry Form.

12.Validated Eligible Entrants will be emailed a unique code; this unique code must be used to redeem a Movie Voucher. To redeem Eligible Entrants are required to visit
www.swissemovies.com.au (Movie Voucher Redemption Site). Eligible Entrants will be prompted to enter their unique code on the Movie Voucher Redemption Site to download their Movie Voucher. All Movie Vouchers must be claimed online by 11:59pm AEDST on 22nd October 2012 else forfeited. Upon validation of the unique code customers will be able to print off their Movie Voucher. If an Eligible Entrant cannot print off their ticket they may call 1300 325 422 for assistance.
13.Unique codes can only be used once. There is a limit to the number of invalid unique codes that may be submitted by entrants in attempting to enter the Promotion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, block and / or disqualify Entrants from submitting further Movie Voucher Claims into the Promotion where they have reached that limit.
14.Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name.
15.Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion multiple times, up to a maximum of five (5) times each, by sending a new entry for each Qualifying Purchase.
16.Movie Voucher – 1.is valid for one (1) adult to a general admission screening of the movie Madagascar 3 including those designated as “No Free Ticket sessions” up to the value of $18.50 RRP (including GST), any costs in excess of $18.50 (including GST) must be covered by the claimant. No change will be provided to the Movie Voucher holder;

17.All Eligible Entrants who redeem their Movie Voucher by 11:59pm AEST 28th September 2012will have the opportunity to participate in the Dreamworks Promotion.Upon validation of the unique code on the Movie Voucher Redemption Site up until 11:59pm AEST 28th September 2012 Eligible Entrants whereby they will be given the chance to win a trip to Los Angeles to become ‘a voice of the next DreamWorks Movie’.
18.To enter the DreamWorks Promotion Eligible Entrants will need to –
(a) tell the Promoter in 25 words or less “why they want to be the next voice of a DreamWorks film”;
(b) confirm that they are prepared to depart Australia bound for the United States of America on 8th October 2012 and that they have the necessary travel documentation to do so; and
(c) indicate their acceptance of these Terms (Eligible DreamWorks Entry).
19.The DreamWorks Promotion is a game of skill only and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
20.Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
21.All eligible entries will be assessed in the judging process, each entry will be judged on its originality and creative merit.
22.Judging will take place at 12:00 noon AEDT on 2nd October 2012 (Judging Date) at the offices of the Promoter. Judging will be conducted by at least three (3) representative of the Promoter.
23.The best entry as judged by the representatives of the Promoter will win the Major Prize as detailed in clause 25. Major Prize Winner will be notified by phone and mail.
24.The Promoter has the right to select an alternative Major Prize winner if:
(a) the Major Prize winner is ineligible to enter the competition;
(b) the Promoter is unable to contact the Major Prize winner within 24 hours of the Judging Date;
(c) the Promoter does not receive from the Major Prize winner all documentation required in connection with the prize within the deadline notified by the Promoter; or
(d) the Major Prize winner is unavailable on any specific date or dates notified at the time of entry.
MAJOR PRIZE
25.The Major Prize comprises of –
(a) return economy airfares to Los Angeles, USA for the winner and one (1) nominated companion departing from the Australian Capital city closest to the winners’ residential address;
(b) return airport transfers between Los Angeles airport and hotel accommodation
(c) five (5) nights’ accommodation in a standard twin room at a 4 star hotel to be determined by the Promoter (including breakfast daily)
(d) the opportunity to record a single voiceover line (such line to be determined by Paramount) for a character in “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” or a future DreamWorks Animation (“DWA”) film to be designated by DWA in its sole discretion, which may be included in the theatrical and/or DVD release of the movie in Australia. The Major Prize winner will be transported to a local dubbing studio for a session to record their line, at a time and date specified by the Promoter. The Major Prize winner is entitled to take one (1) guest with them to the dubbing studio. The Promoter reserves the right to reschedule this recording session if business requirements so necessitate. This component of the Major Prize has no equivalent monetary value (Major Prize).
26.The Major Prize is valued at $7,000 RRP (including GST).
27.The Major Prize must depart 8th October 2012. Major Prize must be booked and ticketed before 4th October 2012.
28.To be eligible to enter and win the Major Prize the entrant must be 18 years of age or older.
29.If the Major Prize winner’s travelling companion (Nominated Companion) is aged less than 18 years, they must be accompanied at all times by their parent/guardian during the trip.
30.The Major Prize Winner and their Nominated Companion are responsible for compliance with any health, passport, visa and other requirements for entry into the United States of America, any country en-route and return to Australia (Entry Requirements).
31.All aspects of the Major Prize (including travel and accommodation) are for two (2) persons (Major Prize Winner and Nominated Companion) travelling together at all times.
32.As per clause 24(d) the Major Prize includes the experience of recording the voiceover line. Paramount (or its affiliates or its/their licensors as applicable) shall be entitled to edit, copy, add to, adapt or translate the products of the voiceover line at their discretion and shall have absolute discretion over its editorial content and its inclusion in the film. Paramount (or its affiliates or its/their licensors as applicable) are under no obligation to broadcast, exhibit or otherwise exploit the winner’s voiceover line and are entitled to dub such voiceover with recordings, in any language, of voices other than the Major Prize winner’s. No remuneration will be payable to the Major Prize winner for the recording of their voiceover.
33.Itinerary to be set by the Promoter and cannot be changed. Any element of the Major Prize which is not taken at the time stipulated by the Promoter will be deemed to be forfeited.
34.No extension or variation of the date by which the Major Prize trip must be taken or the date by which the booking(s) must be made will be permitted.
35.All Major Prize inclusions are subject to availability.
36.The following are not included as part of the Major Prize: all other out of pocket expenses including additional meals, any transport between a traveller’s residence and the departure airport; any overnight accommodation while travelling to the departure airport, beverages, laundry services, spending money, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided, as well as the costs of obtaining any of these. These, and any similar or related items not expressly set out in the description of the Major Prize in these terms and conditions are the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner and their Nominated Companion.
37.Major Prize Winner must take the Major Prize as offered. The Major Prize is not-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
38.The Major Prize and booking of the Major Prize are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Escape Travel.
39.Any passes and tickets issued as part of the Major Prize are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use and any tickets or passes are only valid for use within the stated duration on the passes or tickets issued or the duration of the Major Prize, whichever is earlier.
40.The Major Prize Winner, and his or her Nominated Companion, must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the Major Prize being awarded.
41.Including but not limited to Paramount’s standard assignment of rights in connection with the recording of the voiceover line. This document is available on request to the Promoter.
42.Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the Major Prize being forfeited and the selection of another Major Prize Winner.
43.A liability release, waiver and/or indemnity in respect of the participation in the Major Prize for a traveller less than 18 years of age can be signed by a parent/guardian.
44.A person who does not comply with any of the above conditions forfeits the Major Prize and/or right to participate in the Major Prize.
45.Movie Vouchers and the Major Prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
46.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Movie Voucher or Major Prize from the time of printing Promotion materials.
47.If the Promoter is unable to provide a claimant or the Major Prize Winner with the nominated Movie Voucher / Major Prize, or component of, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize, subject to any directions given by State and / or Territory Gaming Departments.
48.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from receiving the benefit of a Movie Voucher or winning the Major Prize.
49.Movie Ticket claimants and the Major Prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to this Promotion, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material.
50.By entering the Promotion, entrants grant to the Promoter, subject to any relevant provisions of local law:
(a) the right to use, reproduce and exploit any creative entry for any purpose in any media; and
(b) the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness and/or biographical information in any publicity or statement made in connection with the Promotion.
51.Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect Movie Voucher claims or DreamWorks Promotion entries (together referred to as Entries), or Entries which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
52.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not time of transmission by the entrant.
53.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason within the specified time periods. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available, or the Participating Stores will be open, at all times during the Promotion.
54.If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a Movie Voucher or the Major Prize (if chosen) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry(s) submitted by the Eligible Entrant will be deemed as invalid. Movie Vouchers and the Major Prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction. In the event that the Eligible Entrant cannot provide suitable validation or verification, that Eligible Entrant will forfeit their Movie Voucher and / or Major Prize and no substitute will be offered.
55.If the Promoter deems that an entrant has acted fraudulently in claiming a Movie Voucher by supplying duplicate receipts or engaging in other fraudulent activity, including the use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render entries submitted using such means invalid.
56.CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
57.The Promoter, Paramount nor DWA and its associated agencies, are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the use of a reward or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its associated agencies or any person associated with any of them, except to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law.
58.If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to States and Territories regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
59.In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any government regulation.
60.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a recipient to take part in any or all aspects of the reward, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a recipient is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the reward. It is a condition of accepting the reward that the recipient may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretionPERSONAL INFORMATION
61.All Entries become the sole property of the Promoter.
62.All information Entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may be entered into a database and the Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, agencies engaged by the Promoter, or any other third party nominated by the Promoter, for the Promoter’s current and future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them.
63.The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
64.Entrants can request access to update or correct their Personal Information held by the Promoter and may request that they not receive further Promotional or marketing communications from the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. All Personal Information will be securely stored by the Promoter.
65.The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
