How to Enter
1. Successfully complete the competition entry page found via the Bing Lee Electrics Facebook Page URL: http://www.facebook.com/BingLeeElectrics with the required information.
2. Answer the following question and the most creative answer wins; "Name three friends, family or famous people you would like to share a wine with and why?"
3. A “Panel of Judges” selected by the Promoter will choose the most creative responses as the winner.
4. Note the following criteria:
a. One entry per person is allowed.
b. Originality is key. Use your creativity as we will be looking for the most unique responses.
 
The Prizes
1. The major prize winner will receive a Palsonic 42 Bottle Wine Cabinet model # PAL42BW and $50 Naked Wines Gift card valued at $349RRP.
2. The 5x runner up prizes will be a $50 Naked Wines gift card.
3. Total prize pool $599.
 
Conditions of Entry
1. Entrants must like the Bing Lee Facebook page to enter.
2. Entries can only be accepted from Australia residents and must be over the age of 18 years.
3. Employees and immediate family of Bing Lee Pty Limited are not eligible to enter.
 
Dates
1. The entire competition starts Tuesday 25/09/12 and ends on Wednesday 31/10/12.
2. All entries must be received between the following dates Tuesday 25/09/12 – Wednesday 31/10/12.
3. The “Panel of Judges” will select and announce the winners at the end of the entire competition.
 
Winner Selection
1. Winners will be selected on the following date: Wednesday 31/10/12 at 12pm, location of the decision will be;
a. Level 1, 702 Woodville Road, Old Guildford 2161 NSW Australia.
2. Once the winners are selected by the “Panel of Judges” they will be notified by email.
3. Winners will be announced on the Bing Lee Facebook page.
 
General
1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
2. Should the prizes remain unclaimed or the winner remains uncontactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will be forfeited. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (All dates refer to the 2012 calendar year.)
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
4. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. Prizes, including any unused portions are non transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
7. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
8. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
