A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.

Entrant submissions will be judged in accordance with Item 9.
Entrants may be telephoned by the Promoter to verify their entry details prior to their final decision. Should you be contacted by the Promoter, this in no way indicates that you are the winner.
The winner will be contacted between 1.00pm and 6.00pm on Friday 12th October 2012. The winner must be available to accept a phone call from the Promoter between these times.
Should the winner be unable to accept the call, the Promoter may select another Entrant as per Item 9: Judging Details.
A maximum of (2) two entrants will be chosen to participate on air (“Contestants”).
The most original, creative, humourous entry will be deemed contestant number 1 and the next most original, creative, humourous entry will be deemed Contestant number 2. Contestant number 1 will be given the choice of allowing Jules to participte in a ‘morotcyle quiz’ on their behalf or allowing Jules to compete on behalf of Contestant number 2.
Whoever Jules is NOT playing on behalf of will then become the standby Contestant.
In the event that Jules gets at least two out of three questions correct, the person he is playing on behalf of will win the major prize.
In the event that Jules gets at least two out of three questions incorrect, the

player on standby will win the major prize.

The winner and their guests must travel together.
The prize is redeemable for the specified period of Friday 26th October 2012 to Monday 29th October 2012. ("Travel Window").
All other costs not included in Item 11: Prize Details, including but not limited to taxes (excluding GST), fuel, meals and beverages, transfers (unless specified), activities (unless specified), insurance, incidentals and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner and their guests are responsible for arranging at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel.
