Win a Vespa Competition Terms and Conditions
By entering the "Win a Vespa" promotion, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
The promoter is Enzo's at Home Proprietary Limited (ABN 22 117 451 484).
The promotion commences on 12 October 2012 and closes on 20 December 2012.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Customers of Enzo's at Home will receive an entry into competition every time $5 or more is spent in store in a single transaction during the promotional period. To enter, customers must complete and return the entry form/s provided in store or submit an entry (including entry code) through the Enzo's at Home website. A bonus entry can be redeemed through the Enzo's at Home Facebook page without requiring purchase. Entries are only valid if completed and submitted in full.
Employees of Enzo's at Home and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The first valid entry drawn will win a Vespa LX 50 Scooter valued at RRP $4,500. The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The Vespa shown in marketing material is for illustration purposes only.
The draw will be conducted on 21 December 2012 at the Enzo's at Home Head Office located at 244a Grange Road Flinders Park SA 5025 at 12 noon. The winner will be notified by telephone and his/her name published on the Enzo's at Home website and Facebook page.
