Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.

Entrants will be required to provide photo identification, their Australian
bank account details and sign a prize winner’s indemnity form prior to the
prize being transferred into their nominated Australian bank account.

Entry Method
(a) At various times during the Competition Period, on air announcers, ,
will nominate a song and ask listeners to call 13 59 50 when they hear
the nominated song for their chance to participate in Christmas Cash
and Kylie.
(b) Entrants who successfully call 13 59 50 when the nominated song is
played and are selected by the Promoter (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and who are deemed the
winner on-air will be awarded a  prize.

Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish however,
entrants may only win one prize each during the competition period.

Winners will be published at www.smoothfm.com.au on Wednesday, 27
March 2013.
Prize Delivery The money component of the prize will be transferred to the winner’s
nominated, Australian bank account via electronic funds transfer, within 28
working days of providing the Promoter with their photo identification,
signing a prize winner indemnity form and providing their Australian bank
details. The remainder of the Prize will be available for collection by
winner/s from the Station. The Station will contact winner/s when their prize
is ready for collection.
