Competition Information, Terms and Conditions

Information on prizes and how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

• The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over (‘Eligible Entrants’), with the exception of directors, employees and their immediate families of Rejuven8 Cosmetix Pty Ltd trading as Rejuven8 Cosmetix (‘the Promoter’, ABN: 81 536 559 519) or any associated companies and agencies.

• The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the age identity & residential address of the winner. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

• Entry to the competition is only accepted through the Rejuven8Cosmetix Facebook Page or by clicking the link from the promoters website www.rejuven8cosmetix.com.au (the Promoter’s Website)

• You may only enter the competition once. The Promoter may disqualify anyone who enter multiple times.

• Residents of the ACT are not permitted to enter.

• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, incomplete or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.

• Entry into the competition is only valid if all details on the entry form are completed in accordance with all the requirements stated on that form.

• All entry details become the property of the Promoter and subject to the privacy conditions outlined on the Promoter’s Website. All entries will be entered into our client database and will automatically become a Rejuven8 Client and receive our newsletters and promotional offers via email, SMS and/or post.

• The winning entrant consents to the taking of ‘before’ photographs consisting of 5 positional close up photographs prior to redeeming any beauty or cosmetic clinical services and ‘after’ photographs consisting of 5 positional close up photographs on completion of The Rejuven8 Cosmetix Ultimate Indulgence’ ‘(the Prize’). This requirement is a condition of entry into the competition and a winning entrant who fails to comply with this condition will forfeit the Prize.

• The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions. No additional compensation will be awarded to the competition winner for such promotional activities.

• The winner must consent to the taking of and use of before and after photographs for promotional use by the Promoter. By accepting the Prize, the winner of the competition agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional & editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being photographed and the winner of the competition will not be entitled to any remuneration for such use.

• The competition commences on the 28th of September 2012 at 9.00am EST and entries close on the 31st of December 2012 at 5.00pm EST.

• The competition winner will win ‘The Rejuven8 Cosmetix Ultimate Indulgence’ (‘the Prize’), valued at $2,300 as outlined on the Promoter’s Website in relation to this competition.

• The Prize is as stated and there is no alternative prize or cash substitute.

• The competition winner is required to see a Registered Cosmetic Nurse prior to carrying out any treatments associated to the Rejuven8 Cosmetix Ultimate Indulgence to ensure that the package as stated is appropriate for the winning entrant. If any service is deemed to be inappropriate for the winning entrant, a suitable service of a comparable value will be substituted. This decision is not negotiable under any circumstances.

• Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other voucher, gift certificate or promotional offer running during the redemption period.

• The winner of the competition will be drawn at random by the Promoter on the 14th of January 2013 at 9.00am EST, at the office of Broadbeach Media, located at Shop 39 Niecon Plaza (Level 1), 17-19 Victoria Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218.

• The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the competition in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

• The winner of the competition will be notified by email, mobile phone or post within 7 days of the winner being chosen (the Date of Notification).

• The winner will be mentioned on the Rejuven8 Cosmetix website (http://www.rejuven8cosmetix.com.au).

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence to unsuccessful entrants will be entered into.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by an entrant on the entry form or any changes to the contact details of the winning entry that results in failure to contact the winning entrant.

• The winning entrant will be required to redeem the prize between the Date of Notification and 5,00pm EST on the 30th of June 2013 (the Period of Redemption).

• The Period of Redemption is not negotiable under any circumstances.

• Treatment appointment made by the winning entrant to redeem the prize is subject to availability.

• If the winning entrant fails to redeem the prize within the Period of Redemption, the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions.

• If the prize is declined or the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the judge may at their absolute discretion select another winner.

• The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add or to waive any of these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
