Conditions of Entry
1. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. This Promotion is not
sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with, Facebook.
2. The Promoter is Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 trading as NRMA Insurance in NSW,
ACT and Queensland, SGIC in SA and SGIO in WA, of 388 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales,
Telephone (02) 9292 9222.
3. The Promotion commences at 8:30am AEST on Sunday 1 July 2012 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on
Sunday 30 June 2013 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 18 years of age and over (Entrant). Employees and their
immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the
Promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
5. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must accurately complete all required information in the online entry form
located at
www.renewalreminder.com.au and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period
(Entry).
a. Entrants will receive one Entry into the Prize Draw for each insurance policy renewal date provided, up
to a maximum of five (5) Entries. Entrants that select „No insurance‟ will receive one Entry.
b. Upon submitting an Entry, Entrants will also receive a unique URL which they can use to refer friends
to enter the Promotion (Referred Friends). Entrants will receive one additional Entry (up to a
maximum of forty-five additional Entries) for each Referred Friend who uses this unique URL to submit
an Entry which is received during the Promotion Period.
c. The total maximum number of Entries per Entrant is fifty (50).
6. Entrants will be entered into all Prize Draws for which their Entry is received before 11.59pm AEST on the
relevant Closing Date specified in clause 9.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received
at the time of their receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in,
or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
8. There are a total of 13 Prizes on offer.
a. The Cars Prize is three 2013 Holden vehicles comprising a 2013 Holden Barina 5 Door Hatch 1.6
Auto in any standard colour available (RRP $17,990); a 2013 Holden JH Cruze CD Sedan 4 Door 1.8
Auto in any standard colour available (RRP $23,790); and a 2013 Holden JH Cruze SRi-5 Hatch 4
Door 1.4 Turbo Auto in any standard colour available (RRP $28,290).
The Winner of the Cars Prize will select one of the vehicles to keep for themselves and select two
other persons located within Queensland, NSW, SA or WA to whom the other two vehicles will be
provided (Selected Friends),
Each car will be provided with 12 months' registration, 12 months' NRMA/SGIO/SGIC
Comprehensive Car Insurance, 12 months' NRMA Compulsory Third Party Insurance (in
applicable states) and all on-road costs, dealer delivery and statutory charges. The provision of an
NRMA Insurance/SGIO/SGIC policy is subject to NRMA Insurance/SGIO/SGIC underwriting
guidelines.
The Cars Prize is valued at up to $77,570.00 (incl. GST).
b. The Fuel Prizes are $500 Cash Cards which may be used to purchase fuel, goods or services at
retailers in Australia with “EFTPOS” facilities.
There are a total of 12 Fuel Prizes on offer.
The Fuel Prize must be activated within 3 months from the date of issue and is valid for 12 months
from the date of activation.
The use of a Fuel Prize is subject to Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd‟s terms and conditions.
Total Prize pool value is $83,570.00 (incl. GST). All Prize values are in Australian dollars. All components
of the Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Except as otherwise specified in relation to the
Cars Prize, all components of the Prizes are not transferable.
9. The Prize Draws will be conducted at 12.01pm AEST at Level 16, 388 George Street, Sydney NSW on
the dates set out below. For each Prize Draw, the table below sets out the Prizes on offer and how the

10. Winners will be notified by telephone within two days of the relevant Prize Draw and sent written
confirmation within twenty-one days which will provide details of how to accept their Prize and the date by
which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners‟ names will also be published on
nrma.com.au/win, sgio.com.au/win and sgic.com.au/win.
11. The Cars Prize will only be distributed in Australia and, subject to dealer availability, the Winner and the
Selected Friends must collect the Cars Prize from their nearest Holden dealership and should allow 28
days from the Prize Draw for prize fulfilment. The Winner and the Selected Friends will need to provide
proof of holding a valid Australian Drivers Licence in order to claim the Car Prize.
12. If a Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the
Promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and location as the Prize Draws, in order to
distribute such Prize(s) (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a Winner, they will be notified by
telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one
days and their name will be published on nrma.com.au/win, sgio.com.au/win and sgic.com.au/win.
13. The Promoter‟s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Neither the Promoter nor Facebook are liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking a Prize or any
component of a Prize and Entrants release both the Promoter and Facebook from any such liability.
Further, the Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking of a Prize and any
expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner (or the Selected
Friends as the case may be in relation to the Cars Prize).
15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify
any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers
with the Entry process including use of any form of automated entry device or software.
16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or
causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a

17. By entering this Promotion, Entrants are providing personal information to the Promoter and not to
Facebook. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is
governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter:
a. using and disclosing the Entrant‟s personal information for the purposes of conducting the
Promotion, redeeming the Prize and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
b. using the Entrant‟s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning,
product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an
Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
c. using the Entrant‟s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording
of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
