Terms and Conditions

    This competition is conducted by Cotton On Clothing Pty Ltd (ACN 052 130 462) of 14 Shepherd Court, North Geelong, Victoria 3215 (“Cotton On”).
    Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering this competition, contestants accept these terms and conditions.
    Entry is open to Australian residents only with an Australian delivery address. Participants must be 15 years and over to be eligible to enter. Employees of Cotton On and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
    Contestants must enter during the period from 11am AEST on 18th January 2013 to 5pm AEST on 8th March 2013 (“Competition Period”).
    To enter, contestants must:
    - Sign up to the Free by Cotton On database
    - Answer the question ‘What’s the missing word from FREE’s #1 values? Fun, friendship, ........
    Entries will be judged by a Panel on 12th March 2013. All decisions of the Panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
    A prize will be awarded to 1 winner from around the world. The prize winner will be contacted by phone or email by 15th March 2013.
    8. The winner will receive a $500 in voucher that can be redeemed online only at www.cottonon.com.au. Total prize value is $500.
    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, Cotton On may substitute another item of equal or lesser value for that prize, as determined by Cotton On.
    Cotton On reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of contestants. Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of Cotton On.
    If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Cotton On, Cotton On reserves its rights to disqualify any contestant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition, to the extent permitted by law.
    Cotton On and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law). Without limiting the foregoing, none of Cotton On or its associated agencies or companies will be liable for any damage to any prize which occurs in transit and winners are solely responsible for any tax implications that apply to them.
