Terms/Conditions:
1) Entry is only open to Australian residents, thirteen (13) years of age, or above.
2) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3) Prize: $500 Officeworks voucher. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable forcash.
4) Please direct any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition to AUSTRALIAN SCHOLARSHIPS GROUP ( subject: “FACEBOOK COMPETITION”) at publicrelations@asg.com.au
5) The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook®.
6) The competition commences on 18 February, 2013 and ends at 11.59pm EST on 3 March, 2013. The winner will be announced March 6, 2013
7) The winner will be notified by email and a valid mailing address required for receiving prize.
 The winner will be judged and selected by the Australian Scholarships Group public relations team. The team will review all eligible entries and will select the entry that best encapsulates the essence of managing the financial strains of sending the kids back to school.
9) By entering the competition you (a) Rules: accept the Rules and the decisions of the Judging team regarding the contest which shall be final and binding in all respects; (b) Privacy consent: consent to the Promoter’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information to any third party (including the Judging team) for the purposes of administering the Competition. To the extent permitted by law, upon entering into this Competition, you also agree to the Promoter’s use of your personal information as described in its privacy policy (c) Publicity Consent: Consent to the use of your name, age, city and province/territory, photograph, and likeness in any publicity related to the Competition carried out by the sponsor, without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, unless prohibited by law; and (d) Release and Indemnity: release and hold harmless the Promoter, Judge and Facebook, Inc. and their respective affiliated and related companies and advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, shareholder, employees, agents, successors and assigns of any and all of the foregoing (collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or any prize won. None of the Releases accept any responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by the prizes or the Competition itself.
10) Entry is not open to employees of Australian Scholarships Group or associated companies.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
12) The Promoter's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13) If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of mechanical tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant, including any entries submitted by them; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
14) The promoter of this Competition is the Australian Scholarships Group
15) This promotion is in no way sponsored by any other entity other than the Promoter. The Promoter can cancel or modify the promotion at its discretion.
16) The Promoter may, but is under no obligation to, monitor or review the contents of the entries and may remove any materials (in whole or in part) that in its sole discretion is in any way objectionable or in violation of any applicable law or these terms and conditions.
Disclosure that the participant is providing information to Australian Scholarships Group and not to Facebook.
How to Enter
17) To enter the competition, all entrants must first “like” the Australian Scholarships Group Facebook page or go to the Facebook application and click “like”. This provides access to the competition entry page. Entrants must fill in their name*, address*, postcode*, state*, email* and phone number (non-mandatory field), and enter in 20 words or less an answer to the question posted.
