Terms & Conditions – “Meal Time Rewards” Loyalty Promotion
1. These official rules ("Rules") apply to the “Meal Time Rewards” (“Promotion”) conducted by YFG Shopping Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) (“YFG”) as trustee of the Fu Family Trust and Trondage Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 067 120 370) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Cnr Mains Road and McCullough Street, Sunnybank, Queensland 4109 (“Promoter”) for Australia Fair Shopping Centre (“Centre”).
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Rules. The Promoter may, at any time, amend, add to or delete any of these Rules.
3. Entry is deemed acceptance of these Rules including any changes made by the Promoter, even if the entry is before the publication of any changes to these Rules.
4. The Promotion commences at 9:00am on 1 March 2013 and ends at 4.00pm on 31 March 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion (and so be an “Entrant”) an individual must be an Australian resident and make 8 separate Eligible Transactions.
Eligible Transaction
6. An “Eligible Transaction” is a purchase:
(a) of any meal, defined as one food product and one drink product,:
(b) made during the Promotion Period.
7. A “Participating Retailer” refers to the following list of retailers within Australia Fair Shopping Centre:
(a) El Rancho Carvery
(b) KFC
(c) McDonald’s
(d) Muffin Break
(e) Daily Kebabs
(f) Boost Juice
(g) Crema Espresso
(h) Donut King
(i) Dooey’s Café and Bar
(j) Hungry Jack’s
(k) The Coffee Club
(l) Zarraffas
9. The Promoter, Participating Retailers and their respective officeholders, employees, agents, contractors, and their Immediate Family Members are not eligible to enter the Promotion. “Immediate Family Member” means any spouse, child, defacto or any other family member residing at the same premises as that person.
10. An individual may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, provided these Rules are complied with.
Entry
11. An Entrant will be entitled to one stamp per Meal (as defined above) purchase on their Australia Fair branded “Meal Time Rewards” loyalty card for each Eligible Transaction.
12. To obtain a stamp, an Entrant must purchase one food product and one drink product, in the same transaction, from one of the “Participating Retailers defined in point 7..
13. To enter the Prize Draw and be eligible for the Prize, an Entrant must purchase 8 (eight) separate “meals” as defined in 6(a) and receive one Australia Fair branded stamp per “meal” during the Promotion Period.
14. To be a valid entry (“Valid Entry”) the transaction must:
(a) include the purchase of one food product and one drink product
15. On completion of the “Meal Time Rewards” loyalty card, the entrant will be required to present and surrender the Loyalty card at the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 1 at Australia Fair, opposite the cinemas, and the first 500 customers will receive one $20.00 Supermarket voucher each for their choice of Coles or Woolworths (depending on availability).
16. An Entrant may only have redeemed one “Meal Time Rewards” loyalty card to be eligible to receive only one $20 supermarket voucher in total.
17. An Entrant may only use the “Meal Time Rewards” loyalty card for personal use. For the avoidance of doubt, this means if an Entrant wishes to purchase more than one “meal” at the same time, in one transaction, only one stamp will be provided.
18. The first 500 entrants who claim the $20 supermarket voucher will automatically go in the 2nd chance draw to win a Telstra T-Hub 2 from The Telstra Shop, Australia Fair.
