The prize: 2 places on Peregrine Reserve’s 5-day The Kingdom of Laos tour ($2195 per person), plus return economy international flights from the winner’s capital city (high season estimate $1596 per person including taxes).

Reserve accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value, tour itinerary or inclusions between now and the ultimate travelling date. Compensation will NOT be offered for any changes

Tour is valid for travel for 12 months from April 15, 2013.

Departure date of the tour is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner agrees to contact Reserve on 1300 369 291 at their earliest convenience to arrange travel. Bookings should be finalised at least 90 days prior to the travel date.

· The winner and travel partner must travel together. Trip is provided on a twin share basis.

· Extra costs outside those detailed on the tour itinerary are the responsibility of the winner. These include but are not exclusive to: transport to and from the winner’s residence to capital city airport; pre- and post-tour accommodation; single supplement (if the winner does not wish to share a room with their travel partner); additional meals not listed in the itinerary; airport departure taxes; any optional tours and activities during free time; and other items of a personal nature.

You must be over 18 years of age to enter the competition. Generally travellers under 18 years of age are not allowed. Exceptions can be made at the absolute discretion of Reserve.

This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Adequate and valid travel insurance, obtained at the winner’s expense, is compulsory.

It is the winner's responsibility to carry a valid passport and appropriate visas (if needed). It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid identification, which meets the requirements of any government authorities at the destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

By opting-in to receive more information from Reserve, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for future marketing purposes by Reserve. The prize and booking of the prize is subject to the standard Reserve booking terms and conditions which will be provided to the winner with their confirmation letter.
