 ..Many of Eric Whitacre’s works have entered the standard choral and symphonic repertoires and he has written for the London Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, BBC Proms, Julian Lloyd Webber and the Philharmonia Orchestra.
 

His published concert pieces have sold over 100 million copies, and he has conducted choral music in some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls.


Eric Whitacre is coming to the Robert Blackwood Hall at Monash University on Saturday, April 13 for a program including Lux Aurumque, Five Hebrew Love Songs and The River Cam.

Leader has nine double passes to Eric Whitacre’s 7.30pm performance on Saturday, April 13 at the Robert Blackwood Hall to give away. Each prize is valued at $118.

The promoter is Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel St, Blackburn, Vic, 3130. ABN: 34 004 337 446.

Entry is available to residents who reside within all Leader distribution area. (Refer to the end of these Terms and Conditions for Leader Distribution Area Suburbs List.)

Employees and their immediate families of Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, News Limited and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

We have nine double passes to Eric Whitacre in Concert to give away. The tickets are valid for his 7.30pm performance at the Robert Blackwood Hall at Monash University on Saturday, April 13, 2013.

The competition opens 12.00am on Wednesday, March 18 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday, March 27, 2013.

The winner will be drawn at Leader’s Blackburn office on Thursday, March 28, 2013 and notified by mail.

One entry allowed per person. Leader Community Newspapers reserves the right to invalidate all multiple entries submitted by one person.

Entries must include the entrant’s full name, email address, postal address and daytime phone number to be valid.

Leader Newspapers reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.

Leader Newspapers is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer which may affect participation in this promotion or transmission of entries over the internet.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received by Leader. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.

All prizes will be will be distributed by mail. The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected, damaged or lost mail or mail received late.

Entry is available to residents who live within Leader Community Newspapers’ distribution area.
