Galliano has been creating premium Italian liqueurs since 1896, specialising in Sambuca, Ristretto and Amaretto to Vanilla.  Galliano Vanilla is a distinctive liqueur made from over 30 herbs and spices, sourced from all corners of the world. Once selected, each ingredient passes through the proprietary Galliano process with seven infusions and six distillations to fully intensify their flavours. Galliano Vanilla offers a mosaic of fragrances; the perfume of anise and a hint of juniper wrapped in the delicate scent of vanilla, goes perfectly with Apple Juice freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix Galliano Vanilla with Apple juice to create the Gold Digger, simple refreshing drink.

Galliano will be serving on the day:

Galliano Gold Digger
1 shot Galliano Vanilla
1 shot Apple juice
1 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice
Fill shaker with large ice cubes and shake all ingredients. Pour into a Martini glass.
