Mothers Day competition
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
Spend $30 or more and sign up in store or online to become a Charlie&me club member and you will automatically enter into the Mothers Day competition. Existing club members will automatically be included in the draw when they spend $30 or more. The duration of the competition is between 29th April
2013 and end of trade 12th May 2013 (the Competition period) and is valid in store and online.
The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or technical problems related to the competition or competition entries. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or who otherwise violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for address changes or entries. One entry per $30 or more transaction and is signed up to the Charlie&me club. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to all citizens and permanent residents
of Australia over the age of 18 years. Charlie&me and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Sponsor and its agents”) and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.
4. PRIZES
There is one grand prize of a $250.00 pamper pack consisting of a bathrobe, chocolates, body creams and a bottle of wine. Once the winner has been selected, the winner will be contacted to arrange delivery by courier of the prize. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
3. WINNERS
On 15th May 2013, one winner in Australia will be selected, on the basis of electronic random draw, from all eligible entries as at end of trade 12th May 2013. The draw will be conducted by the promoter or its designee, the judge(s) of the competition, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner must respond and claim their prize by 30th June 2013.
The winner will be published on the www.charlieandmekids.com website and notified by email and/or phone as per contact details in our club database. If for any reason the winner does not take their prize by the time stipulated by the Sponsor, then the prize will be forfeited by that winner, and the Sponsor will select an alternative winner in accordance with this paragraph.
5. GENERAL
By entering, entrants agree to: (1) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the competition and the acceptance, possession and use/misuse of any prize (2) be bound by these terms and conditions in the decisions of the judge(s) and (3) be contacted by Sponsor by mail and/or telephone/email. By accepting a prize, the winners consent to the use of their names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media worldwide (to the extent not prohibited by law)
Entry in this competition deems full acceptance by the entrant
of these terms and conditions of entry.
The competition is subject to all applicable legislation. The winner is responsible for all taxes applicable to the acceptance and use
of his/her prize.
6. PRIVACY
Personal information collected by the Sponsor for the purposes of the competition will only be used in connection with the competition. Entries will be stored at 439 East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand. You have rights of access to, and the right to request correction of your personal information.
