The new look labels portray the tempestuous waters around Devil's Corner on the Tamar River where many early sailors came to their peril. The wines within these bottles however are far easier to navigate, maintaining their pure, crisp and refreshing, displaying vibrant fruit qualities and great drinkability.

From sparkling to pinot and a lovely array of whites in between, you could be tasting the range with six half cases to be won!

Devil's Corner was first developed in 1999 as part of the Tamar Ridge portfolio and soon had a reputation for being quality wines remarkable for their value for money.

Brown Brothers acquired Tamar Ridge in 2010 and has been quietly developing the wines and vineyards over the ensuing years with great results for the Tasmanian wine industry and consumers alike.

The new livery on the Devil's Corner range coincided with the opening of a cellar door at Hazards Vineyard on Tasmania's spectacular east coast (we think it's got one of the best cellar door views around!) which will be the home of the Devil's Corner range.

Stepping away from a traditional label, Devil's Corner has taken on the breathtaking artwork by local Tasmanian artist Rebecca Birrell, exclusively commissioned for this wine. Rebecca’s works depict the treacherous bend in the Tamar River, named Devil's Corner by the early intrepid sailors. Beyond the tumultuous waters they found an amazing sanctuary, where still waters rewarded their navigational efforts. Their courage in pursuing this sanctuary is celebrated in this truly cool-climate, finely crafted wine from exceptional Tasmanian terroir.

Prize is one of six half cases of Devil's Corner wines as described above. (RRP A$125 plus freight.)  We regret this prize can only be sent around Australia as wine cannot be sent overseas.

The competition is open to all VisitVineyards.com subscribers and Members over the age of 18. Entries open 1st April 2013 and close midnight 2nd June 2013.
