3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. Tobeeligibletowinentrantsmustpurchaseanovacproductandprovideavalid product barcode on the online entry form. Entrants may be required to provide proof of purchase at the time of claiming the prize.
3.2. To enter the competition entrants must go online to www.bhg.com.au and tell the judge in 25 words or less which household smell irritates you the most and why. The best entries will be published on the no vac website, www.novac.com.au
3.3. Only online entries will be accepted. Any accompanying material will not be judged.
3.4. Only one entry per barcode per day is permitted.
3.5. Only one prize per person is permitted.
3.6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
3.7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3.8. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.9. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4. PRIZES
4.1. There are 5 cash prizes to be won. The maximum prize value per person is $1,000, with a total prize pool of $5,000.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1. Competitioncloses30/09/13at11:59pmAEST.Entriesmustbereceivedby11:59pm AEST on 30/09/13. The judging will take place on 7/10/13 at Amba Communications, 24 Best Ave Mosman, NSW 2088.
5.2. The winners will be notified by telephone by 7/10/13 and in writing by email. The winners’ names will also be published online at www.novac.com.au and in The Australian newspaper on 16/10/13.
5.3. If unclaimed, re-judging will take place on 20/12/13 and winners will be notified by telephone and email. Winners will be published on www.novac.com.au and in The Australian newspaper on 6/01/14.
5.4. No liability accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
5.5. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms & conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
