The Food & Wine Expo, at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on 2 – 4 August, will have exquisite wines, gourmet food, and the crowd-favourite Cooking Stage!

With over 100 Exhibitors, you will have all the ingredients to tantalize our listeners taste buds! From Gourmet food to exquisite wines there will be something for everyone to indulge. You can sit back and enjoy learning from one of your Celebrity Chefs, or cruise the event and discover the latest sensational ideas that will make their next dinner party one to be remembered.

Friday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

The Celebrity Main Stage will have all the latest recipes and cooking ideas for you to try at home! Grab a front row seat, sit back and relax and watch Celebrity Chefs create sensational recipes - an interactive cooking show not to be missed!

Dine with Courtney Roulston!
Your chance for an intimate dining experience with a Masterchef favourite - Courtney Roulston! Enjoy a Friday night Dinner, or a luncheon on Saturday & Sunday! Luncheon includes a glass of Champagne and nibbles on arrival, followed by a 3 Course meal with Wines prepared by Courtney herself!
