National Pharmacies is offering four lucky members the chance to WIN a Lanolips prize pack valued at over $75 each.

Entrants must be a financial member of National Pharmacies, fill out an entry form available online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au.

The competition will start on Friday 30th August and will go through until midnight Monday 30th September 2013.

Terms and conditions:

1. Entry into this draw is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these rules.

2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry.

3. Entry into this draw is open to National Pharmacies members, excluding employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies.

4. Only financial National Pharmacies members can enter this competition. To enter, members must fill out an entry form online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au

5. Entrants need to complete all the fields on the online competition form, from which four winners will be randomly drawn.

6. Each winner will receive a Lanolips prize pack valued at $78.80 and consisting of:
