1. These conditions form the conditions of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entry conditions form part of these conditions.

2. The promoter is People's Choice Credit Union, a trading name of Australian Central Credit Union Ltd ABN 11 087 651 125, Australian Credit Licence  AFSL 244310 (“People’s Choice”) of 60 Light Square, Adelaide SA 5000. Telephone 13 11 82.

3. This promotion is open to existing People’s Choice members only. Employees of People’s Choice and members of their immediate families are ineligible.

4. Entry into the competition is automatic when you update your contact preferences via internet banking.

5. Competition commences Sunday on 1 September 2013 at 9am and closes on Thursday 31 October 2013 at 5pm Central Standard Time (CST).  To be eligible, your contact preferences must be updated via internet banking during the competition period.

6. Once a member has won they will no longer be eligible for remaining prize draws.

7. Seven winners will be drawn each week during the competition period.  Each winner will win one daily prize from the week prior.  Winners will be determined by way of random selection from a barrel draw containing all eligible entries. The first seven (1 per day) eligible entries drawn for each draw will win a prize.

8. The daily winners will be drawn each Tuesday at 11am CST at 70 Light Square, Adelaide. The days that the prizes will be drawn are as follows

9. Each winner will receive one of 61 Apple 16GB WIFI iPad minis (white). Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.

10. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone daily on each Tuesday as per the draw dates by 5pm (CST).

11. Each individual winner acknowledges and agrees that they release People’s Choice from and indemnify People’s Choice against any liability which may otherwise arise to them directly or indirectly from any illness, injury or death suffered by the winners or any other person for any loss or damage to the property of the winners or any other person as a result of or in connection with this promotion or redeeming or using the prize.

12. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Total value of prizes (61 x $369 RRP) is $22,509.

13. Prizes will be delivered to each winner’s address via registered mail.

14. If any of the daily prizes remain unclaimed for 3 months from the final draw date a redraw will take place on 6 January 2014 at 11am (CST). The draw will take place on the Ground Floor, 60 Light Square, Adelaide SA 5000. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified in writing.

15. Except where otherwise required by law, People's Choice's decisions in relation to the draws conducted under these Conditions are final and People's Choice will not enter into any correspondence.

16. The name and suburb of the winners of the promotion will be published in The Australian on 19 November 2013.

17. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

18. To the extent permitted by law, People's Choice is not responsible or liable for :
• Any problems or technical failures of any kind,
• Purported entries that are not received for any reason;
• Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
• Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
• Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by People's Choice, or its servants or agents in connection with this competition.

19. The above condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of People’s Choice or its servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prizes supplied again.

20. All entries become and remain the property of People’s Choice.

21. Each individual winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by People's Choice.

22. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as  planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of People's Choice which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, People's Choice reserves the right in its sole discretion but subject to the approval of those authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

23. These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry into and the conduct of this competition.
