1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of
these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of
Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute
right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is open to all members who have registered for the Everyday Rewards Program. Entry into the Promotion
is free. Directors, management and employees of Salmat Digital Pty Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this
Promotion are ineligible to enter. These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed on
http://www.everydayrewards.com.au at the commencement of the Promotion
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
Card means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday
Rewards Program
Cardholder means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card, and who is Registered according
to the Everyday Rewards Program database.
Promotion means the Everyday Rewards “Recipe to Riches” governed by these Terms & Conditions
of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the Other Benefits component of the
Everyday Rewards Program.
Promotional Period means 18:30 AEST on Tuesday 17th September, 2013 to 18:00 AEST on Monday 24th
September, 2013.
Promoter The Promoter is Woolworths Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 of 1 Woolworths Way, Bella
Vista, NSW, 2153
Registered means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed in the
legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards database.
Prize means 1 of 3 units of Woolworths Gift Cards worth $500.00
Total prize pool is worth $1,500.
4. The Promotion commences and ends as specified in the Promotional Period. NSW Template
5. To enter the Promotion, visit www.facebook.com/woolworthseverydayrewards, clicking ‘Like” and the follow the prompts
as directed to the competition entry page, including installing the Facebook App and allowing permissions and following
the instructions on the screen to compete the entry form with your Everyday Rewards card number and an answer to the
question listed on the page in 25 words or less. If individuals already ‘Like’ the Everyday Rewards Facebook page, they
are still eligible to enter, and they need to follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page including installing
the Facebook App and allowing permissions and following instructions on the screen to enter the competition during the
Promotional Period.
6. The judging of the Prize will take place on Tuesday, 25th September, 2013 at Woolworths, 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista,
NSW, 2153. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually
judged based on the most creative and uniqueness.

b. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Prize winner will be contacted by email within 2 days of the draw and in writing within 7 days of the draw. The prize
winner will have their first initial, surname and state published on the Everyday Rewards website at
www.everydayrewards.com.au within 7 days of determining the winner. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be
discarded and the Prize will be awarded to the next most creative and unique entry in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions of entry.

8. Each prize comprises of 1 x $500 Woolworths Gift Card. Woolworths Gift Cards are valid for 12 months – see
www.woolworths.com.au for full terms and conditions of use. The Total Prize pool value is $1,500. Prize is not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. If a winner does not claim their prize within one month from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be
deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further judging at the same place as the original judging. The
unclaimed prize judging will take place on Thursday 24th October, at Woolworths Limited, 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista,
2153. If in the case of an unclaimed prize judging. The prize winners will be contacted by phone within 2 days of the draw
and in writing within 7 days of the draw. Winners names and state will be published on www.everydayrewards.com.au on
Wednesday 25th September 2013.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent
financial advice should be sought.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions
of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or
benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.NSW Template
12. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without
limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable
by law).
13. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday Rewards
Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other
promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter
will only publish the winner’s first initial, surname and state of residence. The Promoter may disclose the information for
those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication
within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder
information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to
its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and direct mail houses)
the Promoter engages for that purpose. In most cases you can gain access to your personal information by contacting
