1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Endless Solar Operations Pty. Ltd. (“Endless Solar”) ABN: 64 128 433 205. Unit 1, 340 Chisholm Rd Auburn NSW 2144. Phone: 1300 889 585.

2. Conditions of entry
Entry is open to all persons who meet the following requirements.
a. Has signed up to the Endless Solar newsletter through www.endless-solar.com/signup.htm
b. Has received an automated confirmation email and clicked on the confirmation link.
c. Has remained a subscriber up until the date of the draw.
d. Is a resident of New South Wales (NSW).
e. Is over the age of 18 years.
f. Is not a director, employee, supplier of Endless Solar or an immediate family member of a director, employee or supplier of Endless Solar

3. Opening and Closing Dates
a. The competition will open at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time on Monday 8 July 2013
b. The competition will close at 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on Thursday 31 October 2013
c. All persons who are subscribed to the Endless Solar newsletter at the time of draw will be entered into the draw.

4. Prize
a. The “prize” is a solar hot water system model ES2-250-20.
b. The prize has a retail price of $2683.
c. The prize consists of solar hot water components only and does not include installation (see item 5 below) or Small–scale Technology Certificates (see item 6 below).
d. There will be one winner only.
e. The Prize is not redeemed for cash however the winner can use the value of the prize towards purchasing a higher priced solar hot water system from Endless Solar.
f. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Endless Solar may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
g. The prize can be transferred however delivery charges will apply if the prize is to be delivered outside outside of the Sydney NSW metropolitan area.

6. Small-Scale Technology Certificates (“STCs”)
a. The solar hot water system is eligible to generate STCs which have a monetary value.
b. The winner is not entitled to create Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) from their prize.
c. Endless Solar will create and retain ownership of the STCs.

7. The Draw
a. The winner will be drawn at the Endless Solar office, unit 1, 340 Chisholm Rd Auburn.
b. The draw will take place at approximately 10:15am on Wednesday 6 November 2013.

8. Notification of Winner
a. Notification will be sent to the winner via email within 2 days of the draw.

9. Claiming the Prize
a. The prize can be claimed from Endless Solar’s warehouse; Unit 1, 340 Chisholm rd. Auburn NSW 2144.
b. Alternatively, Endless Solar will deliver the prize to an address in the Sydney metropolitan area at no charge.
c. Charges will apply for delivery outside of the Sydney metropolitan area.
d. Endless Solar will accept no responsibility for loss or damage of the prize during transit.
10. Unclaimed Prize
a. If the prize is not claimed Endless Solar will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner via alternative methods.
b. If after 3 months, Endless Solar has not been successful in contacting the winner, Endless Solar will conduct a redraw subject to the approval of the NSW Government Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.
c. If applicable, the unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10.15am on 6 February 2014.

11. Publication of Winner
a. The name of the winner will be published on the Endless Solar website www.endless-solar.com and selected social media sites.
b. Endless Solar reserves the right to publish the winner’s name
5. Installation
a. The system must be installed by a licensed plumber and at the winner’s expense.
