HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre CHRISTMAS SHOP AND SPEND PRIZE PACK PROMOTION customers simply:
1.     Spend $20.00 at any (excluding Bayfields Liquor) retailer in Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre, fill in an entry form clearly, attach the original shopping docket or receipt to the entry form and place in the barrel provided to win.
2.     Spend a minimum of $20.00 at any (excluding Bayfields Liquor) Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre retailer during the promotional period 9am 23rd October 2013 to 12.00 noon 23rd November 2013.
3.     Please note that only one entry per original shopping docket or original receipt is permitted.
4.     The Entry Barrel will be located in front of Michel’s Patisserie, Lower Ground Level at Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre.
 
DURATION OF PROMOTION:
The promotion opens at 9.00 am on Wednesday 23rd October 2013 and closes at 12.00 noon Saturday 23rd November 2013.
 
 
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1.     Information on How To Enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
2.     The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
3.     Customers may enter more than once but not off the same shopping dockets or copies of shopping dockets or receipts.
4.     To be valid, each entry must be on a fully completed official entry form, containing the entrants name, email and address and placed in the Promotion Barrel located on the Lower Ground Floor, in front of Michel’s Patisserie, opposite the travelator at Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre.
5.     Entry is only open to NSW residents only.
6.     Entry is only open to customers of Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre between the specified dates of 9.00am 23rd October 2013 to 12 noon 23rd November 2013.
7.     Entry forms received after the conclusion of the Promotion Period will not be considered.
8.     Entry forms received via mail or email will not be considered.
9.     Entry forms without a valid original shopping docket or receipt attached showing a minimum spend of $20.00 at any (excluding Bayfields Liquor) Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre retailer will not be considered.
10.  Entry forms which are illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in anyway will not be considered.
11.  The Promotion is open to all customers that make a minimum spend of $20.00 or more at any (excluding Bayfields Liquor) retailer of Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre.
The Promotion is open to all persons except employees, retailers and their staff, contractors, agents of Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families which includes the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption).13.  No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entry forms. Entries which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or the other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
14.  Any decision made by Centre Management at Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
15.  The prize winner (“winner”) will be notified by phone and email on Monday the 25th November 2013.
16.   The prize winner must provide proof of identity by way of drivers licence or passport and must be shown at prize collection to the Promoter’s satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize (“Prize”).
17.  No Winner will be accepted if proof of identity is not presented.
18.  The Prize is non transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to term and conditions.
19.  If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.

DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF DRAW:
There will be one draw on Saturday November 23, at 12.30pm at Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre, 15 – 19 Pacific Parade, Dee Why NSW 2099.
1.     The prize winner will be determined via the first valid entry drawn from the Barrel.
2.     All entries in the Barrel that are not drawn as a winner, will remain in the barrel for the chance to be drawn at the next draw if required.
3.     The judge’s decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
4.     The Winners do not need to be present at the draw. If the Winner cannot be contacted within two weeks (by 8th December 2013) of the Draw, the Winner will no longer be entitled to the Prize and the Promoter may undertake a re-draw at a time and place determined by the promoter. In such a case, the first valid entry drawn in the re-draw will be entitled to the Prize. (“Replacement Winner”). The Replacement Winner is then the Winner for the purposes of these Conditions of Entry.
5.     If despite every reasonable effort the winner of the prize cannot be contacted, the prize will be retained for three months. At the end of three months being 23rd February 2014, if the prize is unclaimed, a letter will be sent to the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing setting out full details and steps that were taken again to contact the winner. At that stage a request for the redraw will be sought. Should the prize remain unclaimed by the winner an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the Dee Why Shopping Centre Management office on 23rd May 2014 subject to state regulation.
6.     The winner will be contacted by telephone and email within two days after the draw. If the Promoter has not had return communication from any initial intended Winners (i.e. attempts to contact the Winner have met with failure) then that person shall be deemed no longer eligible for the Prize and the Promoter must announce a replacement winner.
7.     The Winner will be published at www.deewhygrandshoppingcentre.com.au
 
CUSTOMERS INFORMATION:
1.     By entering the Competition, the entrants hereby give Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre authority to publicly announce their name (should they be the Winner) at the time of the draw and at any stage thereafter. If the customer chooses to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
2.     By partaking in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use information provided on Entry Submissions or in connection with claiming any Prize in accordance with Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre’s Privacy Policy Collection Statement.
 
 
LIABILTY:
1.     The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion.
2.     The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize possible implication this may have on their own financial situation.
3.     The warranty on the goods & services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Prize.
4.     If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities in NSW were required.
5.     The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.
6.     If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Conditions Of Entry and the other terms and conditions shall therefore remain in full force.
