Downloading the Offer constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Offer available only to Eligible Claimants. An Eligible Claimant is an individual who; (a) is an Australian resident aged 13 years or older at the time of downloading the Offer); (b) has a valid Facebook account; and (c) has a smart mobile device (capable of accessing both the internet and their nominated email account); excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations associated with the Offer; (ii) employee of Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 68 076 594 119 (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) employee of Subway® Systems Australia or its franchisees. Eligible Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Offer commences on 08/11/13 and closes at 11:59pm 11/11/13 or when 100,000 digital vouchers of the Offer have been downloaded, whichever occurs first ("Offer Period"). Limit of ONE Offer per Eligible Claimant. Maximum of 100,000 digital vouchers for the Offer available to be downloaded by Eligible Claimants. The Offer is valid until participating Subway® Restaurant close on 15/11/13.
The Offer must be accessed via the “1 Million Fans” Facebook application (accessible either via a desktop computer/laptop or by visiting the mobile site by using a smart mobile device capable of accessing the internet) located on the Coca-Cola Australia page on Facebook (
www.facebook.com/CocaColaAustralia).
Eligible Claimants must, during the Offer Period:
Visit the Coca-Cola Australia Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/CocaColaAustralia to (“Facebook Page”);
Follow the prompts to the ‘1 Million Fans’ promotional application;
Click the ‘allow’ button as prompted, to permit the Promoter access to their information;
Enter their date of birth to confirm that they are aged 13 or over;
Provide their nominated email address (accessible via their smart mobile device); and
Submit the fully completed form.
Once an Eligible Claimant has submitted the form they will be sent an email (to the email address provided) with a link to the site where they can access and collect their voucher for the Offer (“Offer Email”).
The Offer entitles the Eligible Claimant to one (1) 600ml bottle of ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘Coke Zero’ or ‘diet Coke’ valued at RRP$3 from any participating Subway® Restaurant in Australia.
To redeem the Offer, Eligible Claimants must, before participating Subway® Restaurant store close on 15/11/13 use their smart mobile device to access their Offer Email. The Offer Email will contain a link which the Eligible Claimant must only access once they are at a participating Subway® Restaurant. Once they click on the link they will be directed to a screen showing their voucher for their Offer (where they can select “collect” and view their voucher). As soon as the screen showing the voucher is activated, the Eligible Claimants will have a total of three (3) minutes to show the Subway® Restaurant Assistant their screen to redeem their Offer. After three (3) minutes the voucher will disappear. If the Eligible Claimant does not show the Subway® Restaurant Assistant the voucher screen within the allocated three (3) minutes, the Offer will be forfeited. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for (a) Eligible Claimants who fail to show the Subway® Restaurant Assistant the screen with reward voucher within three (3) minutes; or (b) any Eligible Claimants inability to access the screen showing the voucher as a result of their mobile device being incompatible or any other technical difficulty outside the Promoter’s control in redeeming the Offer.

Any cost associated with accessing the Facebook Page and application on Facebook (including accessing the mobile site via a smart mobile device) is the individual’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and may render all Offer downloads by that individual invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Offer downloads and Eligible Claimants including an Eligible Claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Claimant who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, does not comply with these conditions or who tampers with the Offer process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable redemptions will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Offer is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Offer.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any claimant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Offer; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Offer (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any Offer download that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (vi) any variation in Offer value to that stated in these conditions; (vii) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Claimant; or (viii) use of the Offer.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
