GotStock Promotion - Terms and Conditions
 
1. All registrants who place an online promotion registration between the 11/11/2013 and the
23/12/2013 are eligible to win the competition. Entries are limited to one per registrant.
2. To be eligible for the competition entrants must be Australian residents. GotStock reserves the right
to verify the eligibility of any winner before any prize is issued.
3. The prize draw will take place at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, 26 Talavera Road, Macquarie
Park at 5:30pm on the 23/12/2013. The winning name will be published on the GotStock website from
6:00pm on the 23/12/2013, and the winner will also be notified by phone and email on the 23/12/2013.
The winner will receive their chosen allotment of goods no later than 28 days following the cessation
of the competition.
4. GotStock employees and their families or agents and/or anyone associated with the running of the
competition are not eligible to enter this competition.
5. GotStock takes your privacy seriously. Your personal data is held in accordance with the terms of
GotStock’s privacy policy which can be found on the GotStock website.
6. Competition is valid from, 8:00AM 11/11/2013 and the 23/12/2013 5:00PM AEST.
7. The prize will be issued to the winner as a 1 x $10,000 (INC GST) voucher. The winner will select
products of their choice available on the GotStock website up to the value of $10,000 (INC GST).
Final prize selection will be non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash
alternative will be offered.
8. To claim his or her prize, the winner must confirm receipt of notification within 14 days of
notification by GotStock. If the winner does not respond in that time period, his or her prize may be
forfeited and a new winner drawn on 23/01/2014 at the same time and location on the 23/01/2014.
The New winner will be notified via phone, email and listed on the GotStock website from
23/01/2014.The competition winner must allow their name to be published in order to claim the prize.
9. The winner (where applicable) must obtain signed authorisation from a director of his or her
employer confirming permission to accept the prize. GotStock respects the policies of employers,
which forbid the acceptance of such prize by their employees.
10. GotStock reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to
circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any changes to this promotion are subject to the
approval of the relevant lottery departments.
11. If Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety suspects fraud or misconduct, relevant prize may be withheld
or withdrawn.
12. By entering into this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed
to be bound by these rules. Entrants are advised to print and keep safe these terms and conditions.
