    The promoter is Skinner Motors, 192-196 Orlando Street, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450. Phone 02 6652 1933.
    The competition is not open to Skinner Motors Pty Ltd business directors, management and employees, their immediate families, their retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies.
    The competition will start at 8am on 1 November 2013 8am.
    The prize is supplied by Jetty Boating 7 Keona Circuit  Coffs Harbour NSW 2450 (02) 6651 4002 and is a Quintrex 320 Explorer – white painted hull with black – teal and dark grey stripe AND a Oceanic TSL 3.4 Trailer – short skids and centre rollers, 13” wheels, with 12 months NSW registration and 12 month trailer warranty AND a Yamaha 5hp 2 Stroke Motor with 3 year warranty, motor will be pre delivered by Jetty Boating when prize is drawn and includes 3 years free service on the motor for the winner which will be carried out by Jetty Boating AND a Safety Pack.
    The prize is not transferable to another person or redeemable in cash or other non-cash prizes.
    The vehicle purchaser must be over the age of 18 as at 30th January 2014.
    Skinner Motors Pty Ltd or Jetty Boating is under no obligation to buy back the prize from the winner if the winner does not want to take possession of the prize.
    Entry tokens are only awarded when a private or small business buyer purchases a selected Run-out Toyota Hilux, Prado or Kluger from Skinner Motors Pty Ltd. Buying a car is defined as taking delivery and making final payment by 30th January 2014.
    Customers will be able to identify which vehicles are included in the promotion by notices written on the windscreen of the vehicle.
    The eligible buyer will physically write their details on the entry form/s and place these into a barrel on the premises of Skinner Motors Pty Ltd.
    On 30th January 2013 at 5pm, Mark Van Ryswyk, General Manager, will draw the winning entry from this barrel. Error on date
    The winner will be notified by telephone immediately if they are not present at time of draw.
    The name of the prize winner will be published in the Coffs Coast Advocate newspaper on Saturday 1st February 2014.
    The prize winner must take delivery of the vehicle from the premises at Skinner Motors Pty Ltd, 192-196 Orlando Street, Coffs Harbour by 6 February 2013.
    Delivery of the prize vehicle to another address may involve additional charges.
    All entries will be treated equally.
    Fleet and government customers are not eligible to enter.
    Cars sold to wholesalers are not eligible for entry into this competition.
