 Moonlight Cinema Promotion – Terms & Conditions – Game of Skill

1.     Instructionsand information on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry.Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions ofentry.

2.     Entry open to Australian residents, excluding ACT residents aged 18 and over.Directors, management and their employees of the promoter and agencies,retailers and supplier associated with this promotion and the immediate familymembers of these people are ineligible to enter.

3.     TheCompetition Period is as follows: a. Commences Wednesday 8thJanuary, 2013 at 10:00AM AEDT and concludes on Sunday 12th January,2013 at 05:00PM AEDT.

4.     How to enter: a. Eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period, go to theLindeman’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/lindemanswines) and tell us in 25words or less, in the comments section of the Competition post, your answer tothe following question: Let us know your best wine and movie match. The mostcreative answer as judged by the Promoter will WIN one Moonlight Cinema Season 2013/14pass. (Entry Question) b. By submitting an entry to the Promoter, each entrantacknowledges that the Promoter may repost the entry on the Lindeman’s Facebookpage. c. Entrants are permitted to submit multiple entries throughout thepromotional period.

5.     Prize:a. There is one prize (total prize pool is $2500). The prize includes: 1x MoonlightCinema Season 2013/14 Pass b. Limit of one prize per person. c. The Promoteraccepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize. The prizeis not transferable or exchangeable. The prize is not redeemable for cash andmust be taken as offered. If for any reason the prize winner does not take anelement of the prize during the stated period and on the conditions stipulatedby the Promoter or any third party, that element of the prize will be forfeitedand cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. d. In theevent that any element of the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves theright to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. e. The prize winner isresponsible for all expenses not specified in these Conditions of Entry.

6.     Notificationand fulfilment: a. Judging of all entries received during the CompetitionPeriod will be conducted by the Promoter and the Promoter’s Agency partner. b.Winners must provide photo proof of age identification before the prize can befulfilled. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the prize.

7.     Entrantsmust remain a fan (“like” the page) of the Facebook Page for the entireCompetition Period and up until the time of determination of the winner. Entrants who have “unliked” the Facebook Page at the time of determination ofthe winner will be deemed invalid.
8.     Thisis a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.  Eachvalid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter)based on, among other things, literary and creative merit.

9.     All entries become the property ofthe Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant.  Each “25 words orless” statement must be the entrant’s original work.  By entering thiscompetition entrants: (a) consent to the Promoter making copies of orpublishing the whole or any part of their entry (including the 25 words orless” statement) and otherwise exploiting the entry and any rights in relationto the entry, to publicise this competition or for any other purposes; and (b)undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoterwill not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.

10.  ThePromoter may (but is not obliged to) determine at any time, in its absolutediscretion, whether or not to publish any entries on the FacebookPage, remove any entries once published on the Facebook Page, or amend, edit ormodify any entries (or any part thereof), or disqualify or invalidate any entryincluding (without limitation) if the Promoter is of the view that: (a) theentry does not comply with paragraph #9 above; or the entry otherwise breachesthese conditions of entry.
