CELEBRATING 10 YEARS “GOLD COAST HOLIDAY” COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Conditions of Entry
a. The promoter is Carlisle Homes Pty Ltd ACN 106 263 209, 2 Nexus Court, Mulgrave Vic 3170 “Promoter”.
b. Each person who participates in this competition is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as a “Participant”.
c. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions.
d. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or entries that are illegible, incomplete or incomprehensible will not be considered.
e. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on every Participant.
2. Participants
a. Entry is open to Australian residents over 18 years of age, except for employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and all companies and agencies
associated with this Competition.
b. Eligible participants will be given an entry form from their sales consultant after they pay their initial deposit and complete any necessary sales paperwork to build a home with
the Promoter. Limit one entry form per building address.
c. Eligible participants will be required to provide their name and contact details to complete their entry and the Participant must return the form to their sales consultants before
the closing date to be eligible. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any Participant (including a Participant’s identity and place of residence) and
to disqualify any Participant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
d. By participating in the Competition the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
e. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.
3. Registration
a. There will be 10 competition periods (no entries are carried over), as set out in the below table (all times are AEST daylight saving):

b. Each draw will take place at the head office of the Promoter at 11:00am on the date stipulated in the above table. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winners by
email or by telephone on the same day as the Prize is drawn.
c. The Promoter may publish, but is not obliged to publish, the winners of the Competition on the Promoter’s website after the winner has been contacted and verified. By entering
into this Competition the Participants gives their consent for their personal details to be published in the manner described in this clause if they are a prize winner.
4. Selection of Winners
a. The Promoter will randomly draw one (1) Participant from all valid entries registered for the relevant competition period (as identified in the above table). A total of one (1) winner
will be notified each competition period.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to request that winners provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
c. It is a condition of participation that a winner may be required to sign legal releases in any form to be determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.
5. Prizes
a. The prize is 10 family holidays to the Gold Coast, Queensland for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children with a retail value of $4,250 inc GST each. This includes:
(i) Flight: return economy flights to Gold Coast departing from Melbourne only. Flight offers are subject to availability;
(ii) Transfers: Return transfers from Gold Coast to SeaWorld Resort and return;
(iii) Accommodation: five (5) nights in a standard 2 bedroom double room at SeaWorld Resort Seaworld Drive, Main Beach, 4217 Qld. Accommodation offers are subject
to availability;
(iv) Theme Park Tickets: Up to four (4) Theme Park Super Passes, which includes unlimited entry for 28 consecutive days to Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet’n’Wild
Water World.
b. Irrespective of the Participant being identified as the winner, a winner may not book their family holiday until after such time as the construction of their home has commenced
on site. The Prize is valid for 12 months from commencement of building works on site.
c. The Prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable or exchangeable. No Frequent Flyer points will be given as part of this Prize.
d. The Prize is subject to availability and some blockout periods may apply. The Promoter requires a minimum of 120 days’ notice prior to travel date to book the Prize. The winner
must provide the Promoter with a minimum of three (3) periods for the five (5) night holiday. The Promoter will book the family holiday based on the winner’s nominated dates
through The Big Travel Group Pty Ltd. No changes allowed once the Prize has been booked.
e. Redemption of prizes is subject to standard terms and conditions of individual service providers.
f. Transport to and from departure points if required, any meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, personal spending money and all other ancillary costs are not included in the
Prize. These costs are the responsibility of the winner.
g. If for any reason the winning Participant does not use the prize within the 12 month period, the Prize will be forfeited.
6. Privacy
The Promoter collects the Participant’s personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying
winners). The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Carlisle Homes Privacy Officer by email at privacy@carlislehomes.com.au or by mail: 2 Nexus
Court, Mulgrave, VIC, 3170. The entrant is welcome to view the Carlisle Homes privacy policy, located at: www.carlislehomes.com.au/privacy.
7. Other General Terms
a. All competition entries are the property of the Promoter.
b. The Promoter shall not be liable (including, without limitation, in negligence) for:
(i) Any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss); or
(ii) Any personal injury suffered or sustained, during the course of participating in this competition or using the prize, except for and to the extent that any liability cannot be
excluded by law.
c. Each participant indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Promoter against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by the Promoter or any third
parties arising out of the breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Participant, the conduct of the Participant in the Competition or the use of the Prize by the Participant.
d. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority to:
(i) Disqualify any Participant; and/or
(ii) Modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition as appropriate.
