These Terms and Conditions contain information on how to participate in The PaperOneTM Promotion – The Ultimate Los Angeles Experience (the “Promotion”) and prize details sponsored by APRIL Internal Marketing Services Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 99 106 134 472 of Suite 6 Level 2 North Tower, 1-5 Railway street, Chatswood, NSW 2067, PH +61290876037 (“AIMS” or the “Promoter”). Your participation in this Promotion shall constitute your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Terms and Conditions. Any entry which is not compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Promotion period: The Promotion will begin at 0800 hours (AEST) on Monday 20th January 2014 and ends at 1700 hours (AEST) on Friday 28th February 2014, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all individuals 18 years old or over, residing in Australia. Directors, officers, employees and their immediately family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, of (i) AIMS and its affiliated companies, (ii) the independent contractors, agents, and professional advisors of AIMS, and (iii) resellers, retailers and distributors of PaperOneTM products, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Participating in the Promotion: To enter this Promotion, the entrant must purchase a carton/box of PaperOneTM All Purpose in a single transaction from an Office Choice store during the promotion period. They must submit their entry form, including an invoice number and Office Choice store details, online at www.officechoice.com.au/LA before the promotion ends. Multiple entries are applicable per single transaction and qualify by 1 carton/box = 1 entry.

    AIMS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has tampered with the entry submission process or the operation of the Promotion or any AIMS website, to be in violation of the Computer Misuse Act. AIMS reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities of other activities harmful to this online contest, the submission process, or the website.
    Information collected as a result of the promotion may be used for marketing proposes.
    AIMS is not liable for any injury or damage to a participant or third party’s computer relating to or resulting from this Promotion and/or its prizes.
    AIMS accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of participating in the Promotion. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
    AIMS is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries caused by systems of internet service providers or any other cause that is not due to its fault, for entries received after the deadline as a consequence of internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads, or for any stolen, misplaced, or incomplete entries.
    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the party who submitted an online response, the response will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
    By entering, participants agree that AIMS, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the reward awarded (including any travel related thereto).
    AIMS is not responsible for any printing, human, fax, computer or other errors. All promotion responses submitted for the Promotion becomes the property of AIMS and will not be returned, and may be used for marketing research and/or promotional purposes.
    All of AIMS’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or the application of any provision to any participant or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, and the application of the provision, other than to the extent it is held invalid, will not be invalidated or affected if there are no other conditions, understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, expressed or implied, which are not specified therein.
    AIMS, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, or cancel this Promotion without prior notice, subject to regulatory authority approval.
    The validity, interpretation, and performance of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed under the laws of state regulatory bodies in Australia, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law.
    By entering the Promotion, entrants’ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the promotion and publicise its winner. The personal information of the winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the promotion, including the administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Entrant’s personal details will not be shared with a third party. Entrants may contact the Promoter or contact Office Choice Ltd head office (Level 4, 492 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004) to request access to, or correction of, any of their personal information that is held by the Promoter.

Announcement of Result of Prize Claims:

    The winner will be notified by telephone within 2 working days after the draw and informed in writing via email thereafter.
    The results of the Promotion Draw will be published on the contest website www.officechoice.com.au and PaperOne website www.paperone.com by Tuesday 11th March 2014.
    Winner is to claim the prize by Friday 30th May 2014. Winners are required to hold valid passports and visas to travel in July 2014. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on Prize A at 10am AEST on Tuesday, 3rd June 2014 for the same trip rescheduled to September 2014. The Winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified by telephone within 2 working days and via email thereafter. The winner’s name will be published on the websites named in point 2. The Winner is to claim their prize by 8th August 2014.
    The Winner is required to produce originals of proof of Identification prior to prize collection. Upon successful verification of the aforementioned documents by AIMS or its authorized representative, winner may collect the prize and acknowledge receipt of the prize in writing.
    AIMS reserves the right to verify eligibility of participation prior to sending the prize.
    Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite AIMS’s reasonable endeavors to procure, AIMS reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
    Prizes awarded pursuant to this Promotion cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or for any other product or service.

Termination of Promotion: Without limiting any other right retained herein, subject to Regulatory Approval, AIMS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately cancel or suspend the Promotion without prior notice should a force major event, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other dissimilar cause beyond the reasonable control of AIMS, in AIMS’ sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion.
