    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    Entry is only open to South Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive the 2014 South Australian Yellow Pages Directory (containing a reference to this Promotion on the front cover) ("Eligible Entrant").
    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
    Promotion commences on 10 January 2014 and ends at 12.00noon ACDST on 21 February 2014 ("Promotional Period").
    How to Enter: An insert will be found inside each South Australia Yellow Pages Directory released to eligible Adelaide households/businesses in January 2014. Eligible Entrants must read the insert and be directed to a unique code printed in the back of their directory. To enter, Eligible Entrants, must visit www.yellowpagespromo.com.au and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, input the requested details including the unique code (located at the back of their book) and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period. Each Eligible Entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant winner.
    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
    Only one (1) entry permitted per household/business. In the event that multiple people enter from the same household/business using the same unique code, only the entry submitted by the first person who entered from that household/business will be considered valid.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
    The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
    Instant winners will be notified immediately by online, upon entry submission.
    The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Instant win prizes available to be won for this Promotion: 2,542 x $100 VISA Gift Cards. Each instant winner will receive one $100 VISA Gift Card.
    Total prize pool value is up to $254,200
    Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a VISA Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of a VISA Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. The VISA Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the VISA Gift Card.
    The VISA gift card will entitle the bearer to $100 to be used anywhere VISA is accepted. The gift card cannot be used to withdraw cash. The gift card will need to be activated online at www.activatemycard.com.au within 3 months of the date on the accompanying letter. The gift card will expire 12 months from the date of activation. Please note that a local call fee applies and calls from mobile phones are subject to additional charges.
    VISA Gift Cards can take up to 14 days from date of entry to be delivered.
    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, delay or loss in transit of prizes.
    Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
    If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
    If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
    Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    Eligible Entrants must, at the Promoter's request, participate in all promotional activity surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, in the event they are a winner, and consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
    If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
    Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
    The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
    Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
    As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
    The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant consents to, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use of the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement available at http://about.sensis.com.au/legal/privacy.php?ref=ypflk.
