Terms & Conditions:

This competition is a promotion run by RACQ Operations Pty Limited ABN 80 009 663 414 (“Promoter”).
Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”).  Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible.  Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
The competition is open to residents of Queensland, who are RACQ members that enter online at racq.com/boatshow during the competition period 12.00 am 5 February 2014 to 11:59 pm 4 May 2014 and who are current RACQ members at the time the competitions are drawn.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.   
The competition period commences at 12:00am on 5th February and closes at 11:59pm on 4 May 2014 (Competition Period). The competition will be drawn at 10:15am on 5th May 2014 at RACQ Head Office, Membership Department, 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, QLD 4113.
Entry is by RACQ members entering online at racq.com/boatshow during the competition period. RACQ members will be instructed to enter their name, telephone number, RACQ membership card number, and email address. Only one entry per entrant is permitted and only one prize will be awarded to each winner. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
There is one major prize and 25 runner up prizes for this competition. The major prize winner will receive “The ultimate Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show Experience” including 2 nights’ accommodation at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort at Manor Circle Sanctuary Cove, Queensland for 2 people, 2 VIP passes, and a $250 Marine Village Shopping/ Dining Voucher. The total value of the major prize is $2,000.
There will be 25 runners up who will each receive one-day double guest passes including free ‘park and ride’ transfers from Warner Bros. Movie World. Each runner up prize is valued at $50 each.
Winners in this competition will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter.  Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date that the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are subject to all relevant terms and conditions.
Winners will be notified by the email address or telephone number provided by the winners when they entered the competition,. Competition results might also be published in RACQ Club enews, RACQ website, social media, The Road Ahead and other channels at the Promoters discretion.  Prizes will be posted or couriered to winners as appropriate to the addresses provided by the members when they are notified that they have won a prize in this competition.
If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10.30am on the 19th May, 2014 at RACQ Head Office, 2649 Logan Rd, Eight Mile Plains, Qld and redraw winners will be notified by email or  phone  using the email address or telephone number the redraw winner provided when they entered the competition.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers.  By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.  The Promoter may use or disclose entrant’s personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation  in Queensland as may be required.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winners and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winners.
