Win a trip for 4 to Walt Disney World Resort: specific terms and conditions

Contest:

    The promotional period is from Monday 10th February – Monday 24th February at 9am.
    Entry is open to residents of New South Wales only.
    To enter, listeners must head to the competitions page at 2GB.com and fill in an entry form.
    Only one entry per person is permited.
    Entries close Friday 21st February at 6pm.
    Alan Jones will announce the major prize winner on Monday 24th February in his Breakfast programme between 6:00am and 9:00am.

Prize:

The prize is for two adults and two children and includes:

    6 nights at Walt Disney World Resort Florida including Animal Kingdom Theme Park, return flights (including taxes), transfers, accommodation, 5 day pass to all parks and VIP treatment.
    Total prize is valued at $19,000

 

Specific Terms and Conditions:

    Meals and spending money are NOT included in the prize.
    Flights availability is strictly limited, and must be booked at least 90 days in advance of the intended departure date.
    Block out periods apply for Australian school holidays: 15 April 2013 to 29 April 2014, 28 June 2014 to 15 July 2014, 20 September 2014 to 7 October 2014, and 1 December 2014 to 15 January 2015, 3 April 2015 – 21 April 2015, 27 June 2015 – 14 July 2015, 19 September 2015 – 6 October 2015.
    Additional Block out periods apply for US peak (Week of July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday periods). Ticket types and provisions are as listed in the prize elements and are valid for duration specified.
    Travel insurance is also not included in the prize and is advisable. The winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel insurance.
    Flight will be from nearest capitol city.
    Accommodation is subject to availability. Room is quad share with existing bedding.
    Prize covers room only (no incidentals such as mini bar, phone calls).
    Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
    Prize must be claimed within 6 months from the date the prize was drawn.
    The Winner and their travelling companions must each hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity in order to redeem the Prize.  Obtaining all travel documents such as passports, visas etc that are required for travel to destinations forming part of the Prize is the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companions.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
