    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
    Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age and over and have a valid email address (Eligible Entrant). Employees of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (Promoter), the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
    The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Konica Minolta Website Feedback Survey (Website Feedback Survey) and the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is condition on providing this information as referred to in paragraph 5 below. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected in the course of this competition will be held in accordance with the Konica Minolta Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.konicaminolta.com.au or calling +61 2 8026 2222.
    The promotion commences at 12am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDST) on 17th Feb 2014 & entries into the prize draw closes at 12am AEDST on 1st May 2014 (Promotion Period).
    Valid entry in the prize draw requires that all mandatory fields of the Website Feedback Survey marked with an asterisk (*) are completed. Complete and submit the Website Feedback Survey by visiting www.konicaminolta.com.au/websitefeedback
    Entry is limited to one per person. The Promoter reserves the absolute discretion to request any winner to produce proof of identification and proof of residency at the address they supplied in the "Competition Entry" section of the Website Feedback Survey in order to claim their prize.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is not otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry.
    All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the major prize draw.
    The prize draw will be conducted by selection of the first valid entry from the total pool of entries from 10am at 4 Drake Avenue, Macquarie Park 2113 as follows on 1st May 2014.
    Prize: An Apple iPad Mini 16GB RRP $479 (Incl GST) will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn. Winners will be given the choice between white or black.
    All prize winners will be notified by phone and email. Winners' names and postcodes will be published on the Konica Minolta website on 1st May 2014. www.konicaminolta.com.au/websitefeedbackprize2014
    Total prize pool is valued at $479 (incl GST).
    Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values. If for any reason the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with any prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of similar value.
    The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original prize draws on 1st August 2014 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority. The first valid entry drawn will win the unclaimed prizes and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Any winner in such a draw will be contacted by phone and email within 48 hours of the draw and their name and postcode will be published in on Konica Minolta website on 1st August 2014 and also appear at http://www.konicaminolta.com.au/websitefeedbackprize2014
    By entering the competition and claiming the prize, the Major prize winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, image and photographs for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
    Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
    If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
    Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
