Leader gives you a chance to take yourself and nine friends to a range of Comedy Festival shows, as well as win a pack of 27 comedy DVDs for you to enjoy at home.
The prize includes 10 tickets to each of the following Comedy Festival shows:
•Lawrence Mooney is a Stupid Liar – the lies men tell themselves to stay alive will be revealed in Lawrence Mooney’s hilarious tell-all confessional. A veteran of the stand-up circuit and television and host of ABC2’s Dirty Laundry Live, Lawrence shows that even the best intended fibs can get out of control and take on a life of their own. March 27-April 12 at Mini Main, Melbourne Town Hall.
•The Umbilical Brothers: Kidshow (Not Suitable for Children) – returning to Melbourne with their brand new, adults only children’s variety show, the Umbilical Brothers flip the children’s television format on its head with an unhealthy dose of violence, sexual references and very frequent coarse language. March 27-April 13 at the Playhouse Theatre, Art Centre Melbourne.

•Rebecca De Unamuno: Kiss My Date – Rebecca’s new show is inspired by 12 months of online dating and follows a hilarious, revealing and often moving journey to find “Mr Right”. March 28-April 20 at the Evatt Room, Trades Hall.
•David Collins: The Luck Child – The Umbilical Brothers’ David Collins brings a classic Russian fable to life in this fast-paced kids show. Featuring a cast of whacky characters from kings to wizards to a menagerie of circus animals all played by Collins, The Luck Child is a great introduction to the theatre for young audiences. March 29-April 20 at Spiegelworld on Crown Rooftop.
•Puppetry of the Penis - approaching its 16th birthday, this vaudeville romp is still leaving audiences in stitches the world over. Audiences should expect the usual shameless, buck-named men manipulating their “instruments”, while also utilising the latest CGI and live video projection technology. Not for the faint-hearted! March 28 to April 20 at a variety of venues across Melbourne and suburbs.

10.Entrants are reminded that some comedy shows feature adult content, and may not be suitable for children. Parents and guardians may need to find out more about each show’s specific content, before deciding whether the material is suitable for their child.
11.The competition opens at 12.10am on Monday, March 10, 2014 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.
12.The winner will be drawn at Leader’s Blackburn office on Thursday, March 20, 2014.
13.One entry allowed per person. Leader Community Newspapers reserves the right to invalidate all multiple entries submitted by one person.
14.Leader Newspapers reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to corrupt or tamper with the entry process.
15.Entries must include the entrant’s full name, email address, postal address and daytime phone number to be valid.
16.Leader Newspapers is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer which may affect participation in this promotion or transmission of entries over the internet.
