When you complete the Atlantis Dubai Spin To Win game your name will automatically be entered in the Grand Prize Draw.
The Competition is open to individuals globally.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
If you are 18 years of age or under, you will need the permission of your parent or a legal guardian to enter. If you win the Grand Prize you will need to provide us with proof of parental consent before you will be declared the winner.
Employees of Atlantis, The Palm Limited and Kerzner International Limited, as the Sponsor, and Blue Beetle JLT , as the Administrator, and their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies as well as members of any of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decision of the judges. Atlantis reserves the right to disqualify any entry determined to be in violation of the letter and/or spirit of these terms and conditions. Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified from future competitions.
Individuals can enter the Atlantis Dubai Spin To Win as many times as they like
There will be one winner whose name will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The entrant named on the winning entry form will be considered the winner. In the case of a dispute, the winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry. All decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 6 May 2014 and must respond with proof of identity and eligibility before midnight (Dubai time) on Monday 12 May 2014 (the Deadline) to claim the Grand Prize. Atlantis reserves the right to require the winner to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Atlantis reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the winner does not claim the Grand Prize before the Deadline.
A subsequent public announcement of the winner of the Competition will take place on Atlantis Facebook Fan Page, Google +, Twitter, www.AtlantisThePalm.com, www.AtlantisDubaiSpinToWin.com and through global media. By claiming the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to make no public announcement in connection with the Competition before Tuesday 13 May 2014.

The Grand Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused portion will be forfeited. The prize must be redeemed by 20 December 2014.
The following values apply to the meal prizes, any food or beverage in addition will be settled directly by the winner:

Atlantis reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize or a portion thereof is unavailable at the time of redemption. Redemption dates will be subject to availability, so advance planning and booking is recommended.
All costs and expenses incurred by the winner or members of the winner’s party in connection with the Grand Prize other than those costs listed above (including, but not limited to, taxes, excess baggage, passports and visas, other meals, mini bar, spa, retail purchases, tips, travel insurance and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner agrees to provide a valid credit card imprint upon arrival to guarantee payment of extra charges.
By accepting the Grand Prize and/or registering at Atlantis, the winner and the members of the winner’s party:
Authorise Atlantis and Blue Beetle JLT to use the winner’s name, biographical information, likeness, photographs, videos and/or voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and
Release Atlantis and Blue Beetle JLT from all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with this Competition.
Neither Atlantis nor Blue Beetle JLT, as the administrator of the Competition, is responsible for any error, omission, defect, delay in transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any entry.
