To be in with a chance to win, simply spend a total of over $50 in specialty stores or $100 in the supermarkets at The Pines, Elanora on the same day and enter the draw, indicating which prize you would choose if you won.

Entry forms are available from participating stores and once completed should be placed in the promotional barrel located near Dick Smith, The Pines.

Points to Note:

• The minimum spend to enter the draw can be made up of multiple purchases, provided these are all made on the same day before 9am on 09/05/14.

• Retain receipts as proof of purchase.

• For these promotional purposes Kmart, The Pines is viewed as a specialty store.

• This promotion concludes at 9am on 09/05/14.

The Pines - Spoiled for Choice Promotion Terms and Conditions
The Promotion
1. The Promotion consists of the following: Spend a specified amount at participating stores in The Pines Shopping
Centre during the promotional period and correctly complete an entry form to go into the draw to win ONE (1) of
three (3) prize options, each valued at $5,200.
2. The total prize pool value is $5,200. All references to prices and values of the prize options in the Promotion
include GST and are in Australian Dollars.
3. The Promotion runs from 9am (QLD time) 28/04/14 to 9am (QLD time) 09/05/14. (Promotional period).
4. Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a Promotion Prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
5. Information on the Prize and how to win form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
6. The Promoter is The Pines Shopping Centre (Qld) Pty Ltd ACN 055 688 607 of PO Box 4100, Elanora, Qld 4221
(Promoter). The Prize
7. In the event of an Eligible Entrant being selected as the Prize Winner, this person may select ONE (1) of the following prize options:
a. $100 to spend on groceries at Coles, The Pines Shopping Centre every week for a year, which will be awarded as a $434 Coles Gift Card, issued by The Promoter each month for a period of twelve (12) months.
b. A $5,200 voucher to spend on travel at Trip Away Cruise and Travel, The Pines Shopping Centre.
c. A ring designed and created by Mayfair Diamond Jewellers, The Pines Shopping Centre in accordance
with the Prize Winner’s wishes and to a maximum value of $5,200.
If the Prize is unclaimed, another draw will take place after a period of three weeks.
Eligibility and How to Enter the Promotion
8. An entry form is available from participating retailers at The Pines Shopping Centre or The Pines Centre Management Office to an Eligible Entrant who spends (i) a total of $50 or more at participating Pines Shopping Centre specialty retail stores and/or Kmart; or (ii) a total of $100 or more at either The Pines Shopping Centre Coles Supermarket or The Pines Shopping Centre Woolworths Supermarket on the same day during the Promotional Period.
9. Receipts can be combined to meet the required spend, provided these are all issued on the same day.
10. In the event that a single receipt exceeds the minimum spend criteria specified in clause 8, this will constitute one
(1) entry. For example, $300 spent in a participating specialty store constitutes one entry, not six entries (i.e. 6 x
$50 minimum spends = $300).
11. Payment for services (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone) registrations (e.g. motor vehicle registration), premiums
(e.g. insurances and health fund premiums), rates, subscriptions (e.g. ambulance subscriptions) deposits or
payments to financial institutions and any similar payment will not qualify as an Eligible Transaction.
12. The promotion is open to residents of Australia who fulfil the entry requirements except:
(a) owners and managers of The Pines Shopping Centre,
(b) retailers of The Pines Shopping Centre; or
(c) contractors, including employees of contractors (including casual employees) engaged at The Pines
Shopping Centre; or
(d) the employees or contractors or immediate family members of the persons and entities in paragraphs
(a) and (b).
13. In the above clause 12(d), an 'immediate family member' of a person means any spouse, child, defacto or any
other family member residing at the same premises as that person.
14. To be valid, each entry must:
a) be on a completed official entry form supplied by The Pines Shopping Centre;
b) contain the Eligible Entrant’s full name, address and contact telephone number;
c) illustrate the Eligible Entrant’s preferred choice of prize, should the Eligible Entrant be randomly
selected as the Winner;
d) be signed by Eligible Entrant and, if the Eligible Entrant is under the age of 18, by a parent or guardian
of the Eligible Entrant; and
e) be placed in the promotional barrel provided by the Promoter near Dick Smith, The Pines during the
Promotional Period.
15. There is no limit to the number of times a person may enter the promotion, provided the eligibility criteria detailed
in clauses 8-14, inclusive is met for each entry. Purchase receipts can only be used once.
Drawing and Delivery of the Prize
16. The promotional draw will be conducted at 9.30am on 09/05/14.
17. Eligible Entrants need not be present at the time or place of the draw to win.
18. The first correct and eligible entry drawn is the winning entry. There will be only one (1) Winner.
19. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the person detailed on the winning entry (Prize Winner) by
telephone, mail or otherwise.
20. The Prize Winner must visit The Pines Shopping Centre Management Office and provide suitable personal
identification and proof of the qualifying purchases detailed on the entry form to the Promoter’s satisfaction to be
entitled to collect the Prize.
21. If the Prize Winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or guardian of the Prize
Winner who signed the entry form and that parent or guardian will be the Prize Winner for the purposes of the
Promotion.
22. Should the Prize Winner’s preferred prize, from the three choices mentioned in clause 7, be a $5,200 voucher to
