Terms of Offer
1. The promoter of the Offer is Coty Australia Pty Ltd (the "Promoter") (ABN 96 058 696 549) of Level 31, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, 02 9267 5500.

2. The Offer is open to residents of Australia who are fans of Coty Australia’ Rimmel London Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/rimmellondonau (“Eligible Claimant”). Directors and Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Offer and their immediate families are ineligible to claim. The Offer is limited to one claim per Eligible Claimant and is further limited to no more than one claim per household (residential address).

3. The Offer is for one product to sample:
a. Rimmel London BB Cream Matte 1.5ml

4. The Offer opens at 10:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST) on Monday 14 April 2014 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 18 May 2014 or when 20,000 valid claims have been received, whichever event occurs first (“Offer Period”).

5. To submit a claim go to https://www.facebook.com/rimmellondonau then find the “BB Cream Matte Free Sample” tab and follow the prompts to complete your claim details, then submit.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process, including but not limited to making multiple claims or for the otherwise submitting a claim that is not in accordance with these terms of offer.

7. Valid claims will be processed and sent to successful claimant by post within 28 days of the Offer ending. A valid claim is one that follows all prompts in the “BB Cream Matte Free Sample” tab. Eligible Claimants must enter their first and last name, mailing address, email address and agree to these Terms and Conditions for their claim to be valid.

8. Each claim becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Coty Australia Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting http://www.coty.com/privacy-policy.

9. Claimants release Facebook from all liability in relation to this Offer and acknowledge that this Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and that any information provided by Claimants is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

10. All Claims become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. You assign all copyright in your Claim to the Promoter. You consent to the Promoter, its employees, contractors and licencees doing or omitting to do anything anywhere in the world which, but for this consent, would infringe your moral rights [as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)] in the Claims or its contents. Claims that are
found to have been derived or copied from the intellectual property of a third party will be considered invalid and, if awarded an Offer, that Offer must be returned to the Promoter. Claimants may be required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the entry. Without limiting the generality, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to have breached this term. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

11. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.

12. You agree that the Promoter may use your Claim and any personal details provided to the Promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.

13. Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Offer and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter's conduct of the Offer or the Promoter's ability to deliver the Offer to the Eligible Claimants, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Offer and may recommence it at another time under the same or various conditions.

15. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Offer, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of the Offer (including in the voting). The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

16. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or losses whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) in relation to the competition or with respect to any matter relating there to or arising there from.

17. By entering the Offer, you acknowledge that:
a. You provide both the Promoter and Facebook with a complete release from any liability arising in connection with the Promoter.
b. The Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
c. Any information you provide to the Promoter in relation to this Offer you are providing to the Promoter, and not to Facebook.

18. The Promoter respects your personal information (PI). All PI collected by the Promoter will be dealt with under the Coty Australia privacy policy. PI is collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Offer and the Eligible Claimants. The Promoter may also use PI collected for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Any person is entitled to contact the Promoter and request access to any PI the Promoter holds about them, at any time. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all the requested PI on the competition entry form they may not be eligible to enter this Offer or win any prize.

19. Claims that contain content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be obscene, offensive or inappropriate will not be considered eligible Claims. The Promoter will moderate the Entries posted and reserves the right to remove the content of any Claim at its discretion
