Contesting: An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Go to the website and register personal details
2. To be eligible for the Major Prizes as per the Prize Details entrants must submit a short video, or audio of their solo performance or band performance to Phil.ONeil@sca.com.au
3. Entries will be judged and two finalists will be selected by The Promoter
4. The two finials will be contacted and required to review and agree to the terms and conditions
5. The Promoter will review the final two selected entries and choose a prize winner to win a prize as detailed in Prize Details.

Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged by the Promoter and Prize Provider on their performance.
Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/or in writing, to further discuss the details of that person’s Entry. Any contact is not indicative of an Entrant’s standing in the competition, and does no way indicate whether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

The winner will have an opportunity to play 1 x 30 minute set, on the Hale Street Main stage,7:30pm – 8PM at The Caxton Seafood and Wine Festival Brisbane.

Major Prize: The Winner of the Major Prize will be required to be available on Sunday 8th June to attend the Caxton Street Seafood and Wine Festive and perform on the Hale Street Main stage for 30 minutes from 7:30pm - 8pm. The Major Prize winner will be required before hand to take part in a sound check, time to be provided by the Prize Provider. The winner/band will be required to provide all instruments along with a stage plot.

Winners will be notified by email or by telephone within 2 days of being determined.

If the Major Prize Winner is unavailable to perform on the date specified by The Promoter another Major Prize Winner will be chosen.
