Bridgestone up to $100 Caltex Fuel Card Offer Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this Fuel Card Offer participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promotion commences at 9.00am on Thursday 1 May 2014 and closes at 5:00pm on Monday 30 June 2014. (“Promotion Period”)
To be eligible to receive a Fuel Card, you must visit a participating store and purchase either a minimum of 4 x Supercat tyres or 4 x Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus tyres. 4 or more Supercat tyres qualify for a $50 Caltex Fuel Card and 4 for more Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus tyres qualify for a $100 Caltex Fuel Card.
The offer applies only to the purchase of tyres described in Clause 3 above, in one retail transaction during the Promotion Period and strictly while stocks last. Not all sizes available at all locations. Alternative products may be offered if stock is not available.
This Fuel Card Offer is not available on any other tyres manufactured or distributed by Bridgestone.
Available at participating Bridgestone Select, Bridgestone Service Centre and Bridgestone Tyre Centre stores only.
Subsidiary companies, retailers and agencies of Bridgestone Australia Ltd., are ineligible for the Fuel Card offer.
Government, wholesale and fleet customers of Bridgestone Australia Ltd. are ineligible for the Fuel Card offer.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for Fuel Cards lost once received.
Eligible customers will receive the Caltex Fuel Card in store at the time of purchase.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer including, but not limited to VIP card programs and all other promotions.
The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Fuel Card promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
