1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years.

3. The promotion is to be conducted through CSJV Nominees T/As WestWaters Hotel & Entertainment Complex ABN 81 127 068 053 and associated agencies.

4. To enter the competition a participant is required to enter their name, phone number, email address, and tell us in 25 words of less what they love about Hawthorn Football Club via the link on http://westwatershotel.com.au/welcome-hawks-fan/

5. Only one entry per person, per email address.

6. The promotion will be conducted from 9th June 2014. With final entries to be received by 7pm 20th June 2014.

7. The best judged entry will win for themselves and a guest overnight accommodation. In a Lake view room, on site car parking, packaged breakfast in the café and a meet & greet with Brian Lake during their stay. Prize is as is and must be taken by 30th Dec 2014.

8. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winners will be contacted directly with their name published as required via Social Media through CSJV Nominees T/as WestWaters Hotel & Entertainment Complex ABN 81 127 068 053.

10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken for cash. Actual prizes may vary from those shown in any accompanying artwork. If you are not able to attend then the prize is forfeited and WestWaters will reallocate to the next best judged entry.

11. Prize is subject to availability. Whilst every attempt will be made to accommodate your requested date of stay, we cannot guarantee room availability or Brian Lake’s availability.

12. Whilst every attempt will be made to deliver the prize, WestWaters Hotel and it’s associated agencies will not be held responsible nor liable should Brian Lake not be able to fulfil his obligation. Should this occur an alternate prize of a $100 WestWaters Bistro voucher will be given to the winner.
