Winter Sale Campaign Terms & Conditions
BOOK A STAY AT QUEST TO WIN 1 OF 3 PRIZE PACKAGES

1.  GENERAL
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.

2.  PROMOTER
The promoter is Quest Serviced Apartments Pty Ltd (ACN 119 523 483) of Level 21/390 St Kilda Road Melbourne 3004 Victoria

3.  ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, aged 18 years or older. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter.

4.  COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition commences at 09:00 (AEDST) on 26th May 2014 and closes at 23.59 (AEDST) on 30 June 2014. Completed entries must be received no later than the closing date.

5.  METHOD OF ENTRY
5.1 During the Competition Period, entrants must book stay at any Quest property via www.questapartments.com.au or www.questapartments.co.nz
5.2 The booking must be for stay during the period of June, July and August 2014...
5.3 Bookings must be made online via www.questapartments.com.au or www.questapartments.co.nz
5.4 Entrants are invited to complete the booking and answer the question “What does your ideal serviced apartment of the future look like?”
5.5 Entrants who complete and submit their answer will be automatically entered into the Competition
5.6 Entrants must include their contact details including their name, email address and phone number in their entries.
5.7 Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5.8 Entry is limited to one (1) per person.
5.9 All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.

6.  JUDGING
6.1 The competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and/or creativity. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.2 Judging will take place from 12:00 (AEDST) on 1st July 2014 at Level 21/390 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria 3004.
6.3 The Promoter’s panel of judges will in its sole discretion decide THREE (3) winning entries.
6.4 The winner will be notified by email or phone on 2nd July 2014.
6.5 If the winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) days at the email address or phone number provided in their entry, this winner will be disqualified and another entry will be selected as the winner.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this competition. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

7.  PRIZES
7.1 First prize winner will receive:
7.1.1 A voucher for five (5) complimentary nights accommodation for two adults in a studio or one bedroom apartment at any Quest Serviced Apartments business located in Australasia. The voucher will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and is subject to participating Quest businesses, availability and peak periods.
7.1.2 Two (2) direct return airfare tickets from Australia, New Zealand or Fiji up to the total value of AU$1500.
7.1.3 If the winner chooses a location that does not require transport by aeroplane, then the two (2) return airfares will be null and void and the winner be responsible for their own mode of transport to the location.
7.1.4 (1) Apple iPad
7.2 The first prize is valued between AU$2,600 and AU$5,000 (depending on flights).
7.3 Second prize winner will receive:
7.3.1 A voucher for three (3) complimentary nights accommodation for 2 adults in a studio or one bedroom apartment at any Quest Serviced Apartments business located in Australasia. The voucher will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and is subject to participating Quest businesses, availability and peak periods.
7.3.2 (1) Apple iPad
7.4 Third prize winner will receive:
7.4.1 A voucher for two (2) complimentary nights accommodation for two adults in a studio or one bedroom apartment at any Quest Serviced Apartments business located in Australasia. The voucher will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and is subject to participating Quest businesses, availability and peak periods
7.4.2 (1) Apple iPad

8.  PRIZE CONDITIONS
8.1 The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods and/or services awarded as a Prize.
8.2 No other associated costs are included with the Prize. The winner is responsible for all other expenses incurred, including spending money, meals and ancillary costs.
8.3 The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8.4 In the event that any Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value.

9.  PRIZE DELIVERY
9.1 The winner will receive the accommodation voucher and details on how to redeem flights by email.
9.2 The Promoter is neither liable nor responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected Prizes.

10.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and these terms and conditions, for any reason whatsoever, without liability.

11.  PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the competition and to periodically keep the entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
