We know Bonds is for everyone and everyone wears Bonds differently. And thanks to the help of our social style gurus Emily aka Melbourne Girl and Kristy Wu aka Sparkadalia we’ve been able to show off some pretty rad Bonds styling lately.

That’s why we’re putting it out there to you – our young Bonds men and women of Instagram – to show us your #BondsStyle for the chance to be a Bonds Style guru alongside Emily and Kirsty.

Simply tag us @Bondsaus and #BondsStyle in an Instagram photo where you’ve styled, worn or flat-layed Bonds – your way (any way)!

Over the next 3 weeks we’ll be checking out all the #BondsStyle hashtags as we search for two new style influences. We’ll be calling out some of our faves along the way too (and sending these winners some Bonds goodies of course)!

The final Bonds Style gurus will win a monthly $100 Bonds online voucher (for four months) to spend on Bonds which they’ll use to keep styling and posting in their own way, as well as featuring as a Bonds guest blogger

. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Employees of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
 2. The promotion commences at 9:00am Tuesday 10 June 2014 and closes 11:59pm Friday 27 June 2014 (“promotion period”).
3. To enter, participants must submit a photo on their public Instagram account featuring Bonds men’s or women’s clothing (other brands can be included alongside Bonds). The participant must also tag @Bondsaus and include the hashtag #BondsStyle. Bonds Kids and Bonds Baby clothing is not included in this competition. Participants must be over 16 years of age and an Australian resident.
 4. Responses must be received by the promoter during the promotion period. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant and any automated entries will be invalid.
 5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not submitted in accordance with these conditions of entry.
 6. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
 7. There are up to two prizes, each being a guest ‘Bonds Stylist’. Each ‘Bonds Stylist’ will be given a monthly $100 online Bonds voucher (for 4 months) to spend as they wish on Bonds clothing to then style and post in their own way on their social channels using the hashtag #BondsStyle. They will also be given the opportunity to guest post on the Bonds blog within the style category. Without limitation, all blogs and posts must comply with the Website Terms of the Bonds Blog, including the rules for submissions included in those terms. The promoter reserves the right to request amendments to any blog posts provided and may publish each final blog at the Bonds Blog. Published blogs will be attributed to the relevant ‘Bonds Stylist’ social poster and after publication of the blog at the Bonds Blog, the author may republish their post at their own site. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
 8. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of the winners. The winners will be the entrants (up to 2) who best exemplify what Bonds is looking for in a ‘Bonds Stylist’ and will be judged based on the photo(s) they submit on their public Instagram site. The winners will be notified within the first three business days after the end of the promotion period. Entries shall be deemed to be received at the time they are received by the promoter and not the time they are sent by the entrant.
 9. The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message. The winners’ details will also be published on Facebook and Instagram.
 10. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner cannot take on any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
 11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with participation in this competition or accepting or utilising a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
 12. All entries and any other materials submitted by an entrant (including but not limited to blogs/post submitted by the ‘Bonds Stylists’) (“Submissions”) become the property of the Promoter. Entrants acknowledge that their Submissions and all material included will be the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant assigns all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their Submissions to the Promoter from the time of entry. Entrants consent to any use of their Submissions which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). The Promoter reserves the right to publish Submissions deemed worthy throughout and after the promotion period. Such publication in no way guarantees that any entrant who’s entry is published will be one of the winners.
 13. The Prize constitutes the entire consideration payable by the promoter to each ‘Bonds Stylist’ in respect of the use (in perpetuity) of Submissions at the Bonds blog and in subsequent marketing, advertising or promotional materials or campaigns. Without limitation, entrants will not be entitled to any additional modeling fees, talent fees or other payment in respect of the use of the Submissions by the promoter. The promoter shall have sole discretion in relation to the use of the Submissions for any marketing, advertising and promotional purposes. If requested by the promoter, each winner will enter into an independent contractor agreement regarding their activities as a ‘Bonds Stylist’.
14. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion and for internal research purposes. The promoter also collects information about winners for the purposes of their activities as a ‘Bonds Stylist’. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, you also agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to you. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. No other use of this information will be made without the consent of the entrant. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below.
 15. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it at a later date.
 16. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
 17. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
