Who can enter?

Entry is open to residents of Australia (excluding ACT residents) who are over 16 years of age. Excludes employees of Thomas Jewellers.

How to enter?

Entrants must sign up to receive Thomas Jewellers' newsletters and other promotional material by using the entry form provided. To qualify for the 'New Sign Up' prize, the entrant must not be a current member of the Thomas Jewellers' marketing database and must answer in 25 words or less "What would you spend a $500 Thomas Jewellers Gift Card on?". Competition commences Friday 6/5/14 5:00pm AEST and closes Thursday 31/7/14 midnight AEST.

Prize Pool

First prize is a $500 Thomas Jewellers Gift Card.

Contacting prize winner

The prize winner will be judged by a Thomas Jewellers representative. Any decision made by the judge is final. The winner will be contacted by the 4th of August 2014 by 5pm AEST using their entry details submitted.

Use of prize

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, nor can they be re-sold.

Use of your personal information is governed by Thomas Jewellers Privacy Policy, available on the Thomas Jewellers website. All entrants will be automatically added to the Thomas Jewellers marketing database.
