Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Emplo
yees of Lord Kent Master Butchers and their immediate
families are ineligible to enter. Promotion commenc
es at 9am on Tuesday 3 June 2014. Entries close at
5.00pm on Monday 30 June 2014.

How to Enter:
I. To enter the Lord Kent Master Butchers Competiti
on, customers must fill out the entry form in full
on
the back page of the Winter Recipe Card Collection
and place in the voting box located at Lord Kent
Master Butchers.
II. Customers can enter as many times as they like.
III. Each eligible entry will go in the draw to win
1 of 4 Family Butchers Packs valued at $120 each.
4. The first four correct and eligible entries dr
awn will win a pack.
5. The draw will take place in Centre at 9.00am on
Tuesday 1 July 2014 in the Lakeside Joondalup Centr
e
Management Office. The winner will be notified via
phone.
6.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
7.
If the winner is under the age of 15 years the priz
e will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardia
n.
8.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be
transferred or exchanged.
9.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or da
mage whatsoever which is suffered (including but no
t
limited to direct or consequential loss), or for pe
rsonal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of
taking
the prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
10.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the
same place as the original draw at 9.00am on
Monday 1 September 2014 in order to distribute the
unclaimed prizes by that date.
11.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Al
l entries will be entered in to a database and the
entrants’ names and addresses may be used for futur
e promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
12.
Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
13.
The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award
the prize where circumstances beyond the
Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from provid
ing the prize. Should the Promoter cancel the
Promotion the Promoter will:
(i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled
by placing a notice at the customer service desk in
the shopping centre;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have pro
vided on the entry form.
